you have to buy water. there's no gym or pool. but that's not the worst part. it seems like some of the guests live there. they are noisy, and they make the hotel experience very uncomfortable. you can hear the balcony doors open and close till late at night. not recommended for stays longer than 1 or 2 nights. also pricy for an area with nothing interesting around it

This place needs serious maintenance. Talked to the front desk regarding a leak in the bathroom and nothing was done. The rooms have carpets and they were full of dust.

The staff was rude, there were BUGS in the bathroom, and when we tried to complain to someone, they were very dismissive and did not want to hear it. When we asked to speak to someone on two separate occasions, the manager “was not in”. Do NOT stay here!!

Old hotel which has been improving steadily over the years. The service was excellent and other than minor glitches, like elevator malfunctioned the last day, all was fine. The hotel and my room were very clean and beds were well made and clean. This was one of my best visits.

Beds were dirty and had stains all over them. Horrible cigarette smell even though i booked a non-smoking room. Shower was broken down, had dirt, and looked moldy all over.

Property very dated. Rooms small. Sink in bathroom had a huge crack in it. The area was very noisy, the rooms not well insulated against outside road noise. The beds were very uncomfortable. The colors on the walls were garish. The air freshener use by the elevators and in the hall ways was offensive. All in all not a good experience.

I didn’t even stay more than 30 min the smell is bad. There people shouting and fighting and the people at the reception didn’t care. It’s the worst place I’ve been ever

We had a phone, but it didn't have a cord so we had to walk down to the front desk twice. Once to get the wifi password that they wrote on a post-it, along with the room number, and stuck it to our room key but he didn't tell me what it was, just pointed and said to make a right and get on the elevator. The second time was to get towels and cups. We had 4 people in the room but only 2 towels to shower with and 2 paper cups. The hair dryer in the room didn't work. No one seemed to care much about any of it. The area outside the hotel was a mess.
The beds, however, were extremely comfortable and the room was clean.

Everything would have been fine except for the constant nasty attitude and unprofessional communication with one employee in particular.
