Check in was somewhat haphazard as a text with details to access accommodation was not received and the room was not ready so another room was sourced. The slat blinds on windows had 2 broken off (minimising privacy) and the room, surfaces and cutlery were not very clean. The accommodation was good overall.

Great night with an awesome Room 5 star room with a great price no issues great facilities with a great pub across the road and shops close by with a KFC and a hung jacks right across the road

The accommodation is spacious and quite clean. The bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub that did not work, but a well equipped kitchen that included a vitro for cooking. In front of the apartments Just across the street there is a shopping area and several places to eat.

The room is very large, and there is a large jacuzzi, you can check in by yourself, but I don’t have a driver license, and there was a problem with the verification point. I arrived late. I called the hotel at night and the staff sent a code. . No toothpaste, toothbrush cups, no slippers, you need to bring your own, everything else is good, living near Jesmond shopping center is relatively convenient

Was given 5 different rooms before we got a room. what i was sent in an email i did not get that room nor the standard of cleanliness etc
Code would not work to let us in the room , it took 45mins before we got in the room, once in the bathroom was not clean, the toilet was running the room you couldnt open windows had no screens, screen door had holes so bugs n mosquito's came in, the taps in the bathroom were running.noise from the traffic on the road was at a 10/10 horrible, when i went to explain the room n the faults i was told this is all we have n thats it.
Room rate was changed eventually through the stay to be lower however no complimentary or anything for a next time stay when i did mention we would be coming back as my mum has follow appt with drs at john hunter, the manager put his hands up to his face n said oh god no!

Liked the keyless entry. Beds adequate and comfortable. Air conditioning worked. No block out curtaining. Hot water was a rarity. Kitchenette inadequately stocked. Spa advertised but completely useless as there was not enough hot water to fill it. Windows did not close properly.

They rang to confirm out booking and send the link to upload id with the online registration. Simple as, didn't have to go through reception at all. Comfortable for our requirements with a kitchen to cook in.

Just stopped over for a night with the family in the middle if a roadtrip. Was a very comfortable night's sleep
