Attended a wedding in Newton with my wife. Nice hotel with a good central location, easy walking distance to the downtown square. The only issue I had was it looked like they tried to “update” the rooms without actually making major changes. The paint was newer but peeling in the bathroom, carpet was old, and windows were not cleaned. Other than these minor issues, overall clean and worth the price. Front desk was helpful and kind!

When trying to check in they did not have the reservation in their computer. Took me forever to convince the guy and show him the receipt so I can get a room. The outside was partially plowed but not salted and it was very icy and slippery for guests. But the rooms were wonderful.

Bed looked and smelled like it had been slept in. Bed frame was turned around so the part that should be against the wall was the foot of the bed leading to bruised shins. When I asked for a different room I was told that they were all the same. Never will I stay there again!

The front desk staff was very friendly. We were in town for a family function and were able to park in the lot before check-in. Our room had no TV remote, which was inconvenient but not a huge deal.

Outdated with budget friendly repairs. Staff very friendly. Mediocre cleanliness. Would not stay here again. Nice location by downtown

Cody and Rashad were meant to be in the hospitality business!!! Everyone from check in to check out went above and beyond in their treatment of their guests. Will be telling all my friends about this secret oasis. Stayed five days. Love this place and feel like I found a little family by getting to know this. And guys they decked it out for Christmas very welcoming and homey

Didn’t have sheets or blankets for pull out bed. Food in the bed . Dirty and needs to be cleaned better.

Staff was wonderful, check in was quick and the room was clean and comfortable.
The room needed some drywall repairs in the ceiling. The jetted tub worked but needed some maintenance done and the water pressure to tub was slow.
