Stayed at building 4, the room seemed dated and needs abit of renewal.
Only activity in this hotel is skiing. The instructions could be clearer if we were told the gondola needs to purchase daily ticket

Staffs were nice. Room was clean. Nice hotel with many facilities. Onsen, restaurants, ski facilities. Convenient store. Everything you need is in the hotel.

The hotel is a bit old but neat, clean and tidy. The location is superb as it’s just adjacent to the ski resort! Staffs are nice and helpful, they all know at least basic English. There was fireworks on the night we checked into the hotel, apparently there will be fireworks on every Sat night in Jan and Feb. Highly recommended if one is skiing with families especially with young kids

1st day not enough snow in Naeba, so hotel has Good arrangement to Kagura in the morning but very bad arrangement from Kagura back to Naeba.
It said 4pm is the last shuttle bus, so we all waited there at 1550 but only 1 shuttle bus came and the rest of us who couldn’t get on 1st bus need to wait for almost 1 hour for the 5pm one in the freezing weather. No announcement and info at all. Toilet is old.
