The staff at the reception was very courteous and nice while checking in, but they need to little English, as it is impossible to get a reply to any question asked. Even the restaurant staff in the morning breakfast had no idea what I requested for, I mean if someone is working for a brand like Howard Johnson, they ought to know basic English. I am again saying the staff was very nice and tried everything they could do to make us comfortable, but then the right connect was missing.

Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Although the breakfast is mainly Chinese, the varieties and tastes are superb. All kinds of dim sum make you want to stop. Two kinds of sesame seeds, dumplings, noodles, all kinds of cakes, dumplings, side dishes, etc., are impressive, there is an image They are small braised bamboo shoots. They are so delicious.
