The hotel was clean and spacious. The local are was particularly beautiful and we felt we had lots if room within our apar**met as well as outside in tye grounds. Facilities were good.

房間很好，有空調，還有暖氣，很暖和，房間浴袍很舒服，質感很好，因為帶娃了還給升級了親子房，寶寶很開心，最開心的。還有浴缸，累了可以泡個澡，作為休閑度假比較合適的，門口東錢湖，旁邊韓嶺青和吃了午飯，我家寶寶吃的很開心

我們是外地來的，入住的不知道是不是東錢湖臨湖邊最差勁的酒店了？！國慶期間的夜間，偌大的度假區就衹有一個值班的工作人員。我們的入住體驗不要太精彩，辦的房卡來來回回折騰了三次，最後是用爬窗的方式進入的房間！人生經歷又豐富了有沒有！前台小哥再三道歉，態度非常誠懇，但也實在無法彌補設施的簡陋：房間的掛牌太搞笑，英語和中文正好可以和對門互換；開門之後看到的裝修風格一言難盡；廁所的設計大概是***同學的畢業傑作——開關的設計沒有在開門的順手邊，需要關了門才能開燈，廁所的門背後就是毛巾架所以衹能打開45度，目測胖子需要側身吸肚子才能進入廁所。房間的牀頭櫃衹有一個，晚上充電的手機和脱下的眼鏡衹能放地上！兩張早餐券入住時忘記給我們了，第二天就餐時倒還是不忘記問我們收了一份58元的小童早餐。自助早餐的菜品主打一個素食主義為主，葷菜衹有白煮蛋和全部是澱粉的香腸，飲料是奶粉和全部是糖的速溶咖啡！搞不懂這樣的度假村竟然是香港人投資的？！國慶漲價到九百多一晚，明明可以直接搶錢的，偏偏還送了你一次爬窗鍛鍊身體的服務！真是絕了！！！
