停車非常難，打電話給前台問哪裡可以停車，答不知道，反正門口不可以停。對於出差來住店的外地人不友好，走好遠才找到停車位，辦理入住時候也有客人詢問停車，一問三不知，還是我告訴客人。問房間無線多少，因為有很多亂七八糟無線賬號，答你隨意找個信號好的，我就是擔心非法無線才問的，這服務真的需要改進。
靠南面的房間太吵，感覺睡馬路上。

非常滿意的一次住宿，好久沒住“如家”，這次是煥藍一新的感覺。第一，前台人員邵先生特別和藹可親，有求必應。由於時間的問題，我們提出能否免費延遲至下午2點?馬上就得到了肯定的答覆，很感動。第二，房間很乾凈，簡潔明快。在經濟型酒店裡，是非常具有競爭力的。
第三，也特別感謝前台的其他工作人員，他們讓我們有“家”的感覺。
下次來小港還會選擇價廉物美的“如家”
