我是今天上午離開酒店去象山旅遊，因大意把眼鏡丟在房間了，前台打電話告我東西在房間，我才得知此事，衹因眼鏡是治療性鏡子很重要，我提出用快遞幫助解決，這樣衹能在象山等待，酒店工作人員小姜幫助辦理此事，我萬分感動，出乎我意料的好事到來了，工作人員小鄭正好晚上來象山，主動幫我帶象山來，天黑了親切送到酒店交付我，我太幸運了，酒店小姜，小鄭，他們所做的讓我太感動了。為我出遊的旅途中增添了一片彩虹。

設施：機器人會自己坐電梯很有意思，還有健身設施和洗衣房，停車方便

住了三個晚上，如果不是我説，阿姨不給換床單被套，連桌子都不擦，洗漱用品也不拿，而且沒有刷卡的電梯，外賣也不是機器人送上來的，是外賣員自己來的，門縫裡還被塞了足浴小廣告，安全隱患很大，早飯東西很少，看起來很少是新鮮做的，牛奶很淡，跟兑水一樣，建議別住了

前台服務非常熱情，接電話處理問題也很快，房間很大，乾淨整潔，早餐豐富好吃。插座很多，有兩個辦公桌，方便商務人出行。
