總體很現代很舒適，智能小米電視相當不錯，可以投屏。然後衞生也很好，水壺也是比較好看，住很多次了，很精緻。工作人員服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌，挑不出毛病，來打五星

酒店距離地鐵很近，走路騎車都可以到，距離天一閣，天一廣場，天主教堂，七塔禪寺都很方便，地鐵，騎行都可以到。酒店環境也很乾凈淡雅，適合居住。

房間空調有一股香煙味，廁所有很多小蟲子，大概三十來衹，希望酒店能及時處理，服務還是可以的

很差的一次體驗，衞生情況很差，住了三天沒給我打掃過一次，然後説第二天給我打掃，後來回去一看還是沒打掃，特地中午打了電話説了兩遍房間打掃的問題依舊沒有得到處理。房間窗户也是壞的，衹能用個牙刷來關窗，特別旁邊還是ktv。吹風機也沒有。和前台反映問題，根本不會處理，半天説不出一句話。最離譜是晚上十一點電話打進來，裏面全是各個房間的人在喂喂喂，完全不知道前台在幹嘛。總之是很差。住了三天果斷退房。

設施：浴室把手鬆動，放物品的架子沒有底，沐浴露在洗手枱
沙發有污漬，電視不能看，因為三樓KTV實在太吵，想看看電視，致電前台，告知看電視幹嘛呀？
