It can be seen that the decoration of the hotel is good, but the management is ruined. Poor hygiene. I reacted to the front desk and cleaned it again. But it is still not ideal. There are also glasses left by the last guest. The explanation given by the front desk was that the carpeted room could not be completely clean. And the sales and shift manager also reacted.

非常棒的酒店。裝修理念是10年前的水平，但是整體質量過硬。服務上確實還有改進的地方，比如説中餐館晚上7點半就不營業了，附近就餐不太方便。早餐品種雖然豐富，但是補給不及時，很多菜8點半就沒有了。煮麪的大姐情緒不好，不知道是每天都這樣還是偶爾今天如此你。

第一天前台鋪滿了栗子等零食；第二天要停車券説衹能一天天給，那時已付了二天的錢。總之，該酒店前台服務員冷若冰霜，象90年代的國有企業，愛理不理。內控要加強。三天體驗感。

入住已係晚間，前台辦理很快，但入住時發現與自己所訂房型不符，諮詢前台説是本人所訂的那種房型已無，已升級到另一種房型，價格不變，也如店家所説，升級的房型除了床的寬度外，其他都還好，房間的使用面積較所訂房型有所增加，早餐也較為豐富，除前台開房時未及時告知這點不太好外，其他都挺滿意的！

環境一般，關鍵是燈的開關都是壞的，前台打電話一直沒人接。電視也有問題，重啟很多次才能使用，拖鞋全都放在櫃子裏不好找。
唯一可以説的就是面積大，誰叫位置偏呢。
