A Balance Hotel (Ningbo Eastern New Town Convention Center)

Very nice hotel, good hygiene, good service, good environment, Century Oriental Plaza is very close, shopping is convenient, breakfast is also very good, eat some grains and healthy nutrition, cotton candy children like it very much.

The hotel is relatively average, the room I stayed in is quite noisy, I saw a bug crawling on the bed, and mosquitoes, I was bitten by several buds. I didn't give the breakfast voucher when I checked in, or when I went to eat in the morning, I asked the front desk for it. When I checked out, the front desk asked how I was staying. I said there were bugs and mosquitoes, and then she said "OK". It is also interesting enough.

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and waited for the front desk to call to make sure that the room was cleaned before checking in. I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes with my luggage. The first time I checked in, I had to wait to confirm whether the room was cleaned. The experience was not very good. After checking in, I found that the room sanitation was generally acceptable, but I couldn't take a closer look. There was a lot of dust on the glass and the ornaments on it, stains on the chair, and the bathroom glass was not cleaned. The decoration of the room is relatively old, not newly renovated in 2019, which does not match the introduction of the hotel. The better thing is that the front desk service is more enthusiastic, check out in the morning, luggage storage is handled very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast is so-so, which is worth the price of 38 yuan/person. I would like to make a suggestion. I hope to introduce a single breakfast package. It’s a waste to buy a two-person package for a business trip alone.

酒店房間很大，很寬敞，隔音一般，在房間裏總能聽見其它地方拖動傢俱的聲音，而且一直會有，直到半夜才消停。 酒店早餐豐富，味道也不錯，性價比高。 酒店有地下停車場，離開前需要去前台確認。 我們算趕上了寵物友好的末班車，以後再訂就不讓攜寵物入住了。

週末回老家掃墓祭祖。要找一個有家庭房的酒店入住，在攜程選了好久，找了柏寧酒店這家店，交通比較方便，地鐵一號線就在旁邊，周圍配套設施齊全，離開酒店不遠還有一個綜合的商場，裏面吃飯，逛街都很方便，這家酒店服務非常不錯，酒店服務人員態度都很熱情有善，這點讓我非常滿意，而且裏面環境乾淨整齊，停車也方便，下次回來還會首選這家店，點贊

説實話原本對300多一晚的酒店並沒有報太大期待，衹是路過住一晚，因為能悦納攜寵入住，已是滿足！下訂單後電話聯繫了酒店前台，告知我帶狗入住，店方熱情接受並加了微信方便聯繫，加完微信得知對方是客户經理，一句“寵物是家人，我們會盡力滿足住客需求”已讓我作為鏟屎官內心覺得無比温暖。晚上到達酒店，停車方便且免費，中式設計風格的酒店大堂大氣整潔，大堂裏還放置着易拉寶，寧波地鐵線路圖示和酒店周邊吃喝玩樂訊息介紹，方便細緻。前台接待熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔設施齊全，床品舒適，有不同的枕頭選擇，顏色協調，看得出來在細節上很用心，竟然還有個小冰箱，早餐也出乎意料的好，38元的自助早餐性價比極高，還為小朋友準備了棒棒糖🍭。酒店樓下有超市，因為到店很晚了，就在超市隔壁一家奉化家常菜小飯店吃個點便飯，味道很好價格合理！酒店附近有個江東公園，遛狗很方便。第二天退房還送了小禮物，雖然衹是一些小點心，但店家足夠用心用情！經常帶寵出遊，這家是迄今為止設施設備、服務品質遠高於房價的酒店，停車免費、寵物清潔費免費，太難得了！感謝酒店對寵物的包容和悦納，當然鏟屎官要珍惜和自律，做個文明有公德心的養寵人！
