The Hotel was good, the front staf not friendly except one gentleman staf when registration was friendly and helpful. The ladies staffs all rude.

我200斤 怕熱 酒店晚上居然把空調主機關了 非常差 白色沙發墊上有明顯黃色印記 床單也不乾淨 我的房號是1010

並不值這個房價
服務人員態度都還不錯
房間有蜘蛛網，床底有牙刷，洗漱區地面有牙刷包裝殼，無浴帽無梳子無肥皂無護理包無馬桶墊，門沒有反鎖釦，玻璃窗臟的要死。
房價漲了，早餐品質卻沒有跟上，本來就沒什麼好吃的，食物補充還不及時，食材很差，早餐廳位置小餐位不夠，餐墊很多污漬臟的要死，服務員用抹布撣兩下也不知道換乾淨的。第一張房卡門還開不進去。

雖然給升級了，但是房間明顯很老舊，牆上床上都有洞，地漏反臭味，門下每次都塞小卡片，電梯口都有，一言難盡……

酒店環境很好，設計風格很新穎，帶孩子來寧波上學，酒店距離學校很近，出行也很方便，早餐很豐富，是自助型的，前台秀秀人很好，給我們送了早餐
