Is this an increase in revenue and expenditure? This is too disappointing. The quality is not only good service, but also hardware. I hope to attract attention. It is difficult to go up and easy to go downhill.

I went to Fenghua for the Dragon Boat Festival and stayed at this hotel for the second time. It is located in the center of the city. The night view outside the window is beautiful. It is close to scenic spots such as Xikou. It is convenient to travel, diversified breakfast, and is ready for dinner near the street. It is very convenient.

跑馬拉松就近入住的酒店。位置佳，服務好，遇到的工作人員大多數主動熱情。早餐豐富。性價比高。美中不足，設施稍顯舊，臨街有噪音，但也對得起價格。 特別表揚和感謝遇到的工作人員： 一、銷售汪經理。情商高，有耐心，熱情服務，遇到問題積極幫助處理。 1.情商高，有耐心，熱情主動。入住當天，在前台遇到她。雖然是在平台訂的房間，但是她依然熱情服務，主動耐心。得知我們説所選定的房間後，她告訴我們，所選的那個房間位置好，可以看到體育場馬拉松起跑點。我當時感歎，這麼熟悉房間情況。她説自己負責銷售，瞭解每一個房間的情況。其實，業務熟練衹是一個方面，重點還是熱情服務，許多酒店的工作人員，並不是不熟悉房間情況，但缺乏敬業精神，對客人冷淡，即使客人問到，也往往愛答不理。汪經理就不同，熱情主動，賓至如歸。 2.中間遇到問題，她都積極幫助處理。比如，做衞生的姐姐，收拾房間的時候，弄錯拿走了我們自己的毛巾，我們回到房間發現毛巾沒了，電話聯繫前台。汪經理剛好接到電話，就專程跑到房間，主動提出賠償，問毛巾多少錢買的。汪經理本人到來賠禮道歉，誠意滿滿。 我説，一條毛巾也不值錢，就算了，並告訴她不要因此責罰保潔人員。汪經理説，請放心，不會責罰保潔人員的；但堅持賠償，並主動掃碼。事後想來，她給客人賠付，不知道酒店能不能給她報銷。 3.後來，續住，換房，聯繫汪經理，她都積極幫助協調。 二、遇到的工作人員大多服務周到，主動熱情。 1.負責帶着看房間的服務員姐姐，熱情，有耐心。 2.早餐，豐富，煮麪的大姐，人很好，微笑服務。 3.臨退房的時候，最初負責辦理入住的工作人員，還上來問是否需要推車。隨附幾張早餐餐廳照片，供感興趣的驢友瞭解參考。 總之，下次到奉化，還會住這家酒店。

位置非常不錯，早餐很豐盛，房間很大，下次還會再來。
