Compared to my last 2 stays, I noted a significant improvements in their services. Corrections had been made and staff (especially the Manager) are very attentive. However, toilet shower mixer is still to be desired and Breakfast which I think has lots to do with number of hotel occupants. Still a Good Job - Cheers!

The girl in the reception is very nice and her treatment with customers is nice. The hotel rooms are good, but the hotel’s location is crowded during the day.

The staff is not fluent in english, but we understand using wechat and translator.
Miss YU Jie Lin helps me to upgrade my room.
How i wish they turn back the 'Eat all you can restaurant", because i always need to go outside to eat dinner.

Not the newest hotel in Zhenhai, but it still a great hotel. Breakfast buffet caters extremely well to the clientele.

感覺這個五星級的酒店設施比較陳舊了，和前台人員聊天得知這個酒店也快到重新裝修的時限了，所以現在入住性價比很高。
酒店的服務很好，有求必應；房間也很大，層高不錯也能欣賞城裡的夜景；大床雖然軟軟的睡的也很舒服，睡醒了也不會腰痠背痛；早餐種類也很豐富
