這次來寧波度假住寧波大酒店來懷舊，沒想到前台小姐姐熱情好客，主動幫我升房，原來30平房間翻了倍，又大氣又整潔住得太舒服了，以前都是住五星級酒店，真沒想到寧波大酒店水準不比五星差，而且地段太好了，對面天一廣場，三江口都在那裡，下次再來沒有第二選擇

設施：55平的房間就是豪氣，衣帽間，茶水間，衞生、洗浴，每個區域都分割的明明白白清清楚楚，就連睡覺和客廳之間，雖然沒有那一道牆，燈光卻做到了互不打擾。
衞生：很乾凈，無論毛巾還是浴巾，都很柔軟，雪白，看不到一點點的漬痕
環境：天一廣場邊上，樓下是和義購物中心，晚上無論是江景還是城景，都很漂亮。出門就是地鐵1號線，距離2號線也就6、7分鐘的路程，交通便利
服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐們都是彬彬有禮柔聲細語

房間面積很大很寬敞，落地窗將天一廣場的景色一覽無餘，20樓房間也很安靜，之前看評論區很擔心有裝修的聲音，結果一點也沒有，開着窗户也聽不到街上的喧囂聲。
入住之前工作人員也會打電話詢問房間有無特殊需求和習慣，服務非常細緻周到，老牌星級酒店值得信賴。
地理位置絕對優越，天一廣場就過個馬路的事，要坐地鐵一號線東門口站也就一百米，停車位也很充足。

非常謝謝25樓江雲閣餐飲部 一位瘦小戴着大黑框眼鏡的美女；因為我們入住的1902號江景房 客廳衹有沙發 沒有餐椅；這對於腰椎不好的我們很是困擾。餐飲部的小美女知道這個情況 親自幫我們搬了一張餐椅 送到房間；讓我們在酒店的四天三夜 能夠住得更加的舒適；非常謝謝她。
酒店的早餐 也非常的精緻；和一般的五星級酒店比起來 毫不遜色！服務人員隨時面帶微笑 並關注客人的需求 及時的送上服務；讓用餐的我們 能夠在一早就在這麼美好的景色裏 享受着這麼美好的早餐！
房間裝修很新 並且很智能化；客房清掃都很及時 也很乾凈；並且客房整理人員遇到客人都會微笑問候及詢問需求 讓人有賓至如歸的感覺！
酒店的位置很好，對面就是天一廣場，走路到老外灘大概衹要十幾分鍾；打車到天一閣大概衹有個兩三公里 旅遊出差非常方便；可謂寧波的寶藏酒店！

這麼熱的天，結果和我説空調不能製冷，也沒有什麼應對措施，一整晚翻來覆去被熱醒，完全沒有休息好，不想説什麼了。圖片是我開了2個多小時製冷的照片，開了兩個多小時越來越熱，既然有問題，難道不應該在住客入住前先説明清楚嗎。

第一次住寧波大酒店，首先地理位置絕佳到地鐵站走路三分鐘，走到天一廣場一分鐘，周邊餐飲、購物和交通極為方便！
房間都是新裝修的，環境可以看到姚江和老外灘，走路到鼓樓，老外灘都在一公里左右，到天一閣博物館和月湖公園距離在1.5公里，地鐵到寧波站一站。
房間電視劇居然用了最新款的電動支架可以左右旋轉電視觀看位置！早餐在25樓用餐是窗外環境也很不錯，同時早餐品種豐富，品質保證！
雖然在部分裝修但基本沒什麼噪音！並且有裝修專用電梯！最後離店還贈送了伴手禮十分貼心！

拖拉症的人來點評了。來寧波一定要入住寧波大酒店！通過攜程瀏覽到這家酒店，原來今年剛好舊改翻新，房間格局和設備全新規劃配置，查閲點評，基本一致好評，馬上在攜程買住宿套餐，588元含早餐兩晚。
3月16-18日入住，果然沒讓人失望，前台同事主動接待根據入住情況給予升級房間，從普通房型升級至豪華江景房。一進門房間功能性好強大，進門有衣帽間、有書桌、有沙發區，還有個看江景的小陽台，景色盡在不言中，當下有種感覺“如果家裡按照這個佈局裝修，那多完美”。
最讓我大開眼界的是電視支架居然可以多角度調整，第一次遇到喔，超實用，躺在床上都可以看電視📺，真的很人性化。
唯一美中不足，由於酒店團隊在磨合期，內部未建立有效溝通機制~ 導致用餐（早餐）時發生小插曲。前台接獲投訴後，積極向領導請示，並第一時間安撫客户以及提供合理的解決方案，幸好最後沒有影響入住體驗。
下次來寧波，一定會再入住寧波大酒店，真的很好住！

酒店位置極好，過馬路就是天一廣場，吃喝玩樂都方便；前門門口有停車位；酒店房間很新應該是新裝修過，設施齊全，淋浴噴頭很喜歡😍很舒服；每次出門前台小姐姐小帥哥都會起身熱情的打招呼，非常推薦！！！

酒店翻新改造中 地理位置優越 房間設施也很齊全 唯一不好是最近因內部還在進行裝修白天會很高噪音印象房間裏辦公；服務很到位的幫我安排了高樓層房間躲開噪音還是很貼心的安排！整體還是不錯的酒店選擇！
