Super super awesome! The customer service is super good! My friend and I came to play with college students and booked tickets on Ctrip. Two little girls. After the reservation was made, the hotel arranged for us a room on the 203 floor, which was considered safer, because it was too high and there were not enough people. When I checked out, I called the customer service. The customer service met our requirements and extended the check-out time for two hours free of charge, so that we had enough time to pack our luggage. The hotel environment is very good!
