Location good but room a bit dirty. We got fruits for the welcome. But we discovered yogurt near the bedroom when we came back the night after diner. We asked at the reception, it was apparently the clean team who enters to let some snacks... Swimmingpool is available but there was a lot of children. They enjoyed well. A big room for team meeting and conference ! KTV rooms were available but not those days due to covid situtation.

Ningbo is a special city to me. I have been back twice since graduation. I took Dabao once, and Xiaobao was three years old when I came the second time. The hotel I chose this time was a temporary reservation during the 5-1 period. This price is really a bargain in Tianyi. Great location. The professional and enthusiastic service attitude of Liang Shuang, the deputy manager of the front office department of the hotel, makes people feel at home. Will continue to choose next time!

I saw in the reviews that the Marriott Hotel has an excellent location and excellent service, so I chose the Ningbo Marriott to stay. It really lived up to my expectations. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. From the concierge at the door, I ran over to open the door to pick up my luggage, and went to the lobby with the golden key. The service manager Xiao Guo gave warm greetings and introduced the surrounding attractions of the hotel. The young lady who checked in at the front desk was also very professional and enthusiastic. Later, Xiao Cao from the concierge helped me carry my luggage. In the elevator, he introduced us to the hotel’s gym and swimming pool Chinese restaurant. When we got to the room, I asked him where to eat at one of the more popular restaurants in Ningbo. The young man helped us recommend Yongshang Mingzao, Zhuangyuanlou, Mr. Shui, and Ningdong Banquet, I finally chose to go to Mr. Shui. The dishes are good and have Ningbo characteristics. The room attendants are very considerate, clean and provide enthusiastic service. When we left the next day, we met Xiao Cao who was working the early shift again because he bought a lot of Ningbo specialties and wanted to send them away. Xiao Cao helped us send express delivery and called a taxi for us to take us away warmly. The five-star Ningbo Marriott Hotel The service is definitely worthy of the reputation. I will choose Ningbo Marriott Hotel next time I travel.

No English speaking staff but some simple Chinese was enough, friendly staff at the reception desk was always happy to help. The only inconvenience was the layout of our room. Having a lot of morning light when sleeping isn’t good. Also staying alone in this room should be okay, but when travelling with someone else, not convenient to always jump over another person at night. Overall impression is positive. Having the best bakery in ningbo nearby is definitely an advantage. Recommended for low budget staying

This was the last place for me to stay in Ningbo, where I'd lived for seven years. After checking out of my apartment, I was feeling very stressed at the time but the receptionists were super sweet. It is an amazing hotel especially for the price. Right next to Marina restaurant and with beautiful, quirky, book-themed decor. Rooms are spotlessly clean, Chinese breakfast is fresh and tasty and there is a very pleasant vibe all round. Despite my not being in the most relaxed frame of mind when I checked in, I had a very enjoyable stay - thank you.

Advantages: The nearby business district is really convenient, very close to Tianyi Square and Drum Tower Transportation: Take Line 2 from Terminal 2 to Exit D of Seonghuang-myeon. Exit to the left. Turn right again at the intersection and turn left into the alley when you see Zhengxin Fried Food Shop. The return flight from Taiwan is at 08:45, and the airport check-in time is at 07:15. If you take the first tram to the airport at 06:26, you have plenty of time. You need to climb to the second floor of the hotel and take the elevator to the counter on the 3F Hotel facilities: There is a washing machine and microwave on the left side of the counter on the 3rd floor. There is no refrigerator in the room. Do not buy anything that requires ice. If not, there is a small refrigerator at the counter. The girl at the check-in counter upgraded me to a higher class that day and gave me breakfast, but I didn’t get breakfast the next morning and I didn’t know where to get it? There is a breakfast storage area at the counter. I don’t know if you can pick it up in that cabinet. I didn’t tell you. Room facilities: The first day I entered the room, the room was extremely smelly. It smelled all night, and the smell of cigarette smoke drifted into the room from time to time. Bath towels and hand towels are all environmentally friendly. The wifi will be connected to the hotel's registration website. You have to enter your mainland mobile phone number, which is completely unusable. Mineral water is provided in the room every day, only mineral water without tea bags We stayed for a total of 4 nights. The disturbances on the 2nd and 3rd days were very casual. Even when I stepped into the room, the floor was not disturbed. The smell gradually improved after staying for 4 nights, but the smell of smoke still drifted into the room from time to time, which is uncomfortable for non-smokers. Because the cost of accommodation for 4 nights is 2336 yuan and 1 night is 584 yuan, which is very cheap, so I endured it. On the first night, I wanted to check out and stay in a more expensive hotel, but I resisted.
