Location good but room a bit dirty. We got fruits for the welcome. But we discovered yogurt near the bedroom when we came back the night after diner. We asked at the reception, it was apparently the clean team who enters to let some snacks... Swimmingpool is available but there was a lot of children. They enjoyed well. A big room for team meeting and conference ! KTV rooms were available but not those days due to covid situtation.

Hotel was quite good, location is perfect, right next to city center, and parking is included. Staff was very nice and helped us getting a room without smoke smell. Room was quite spacious. On the negative side : the hotel and surrounding was pretty noisy (either door closing quite strongly, or the noise street - horns very painful in the evening). The hotel smells scold smoke, and EV charging needs a maintenance (I don’t think any of the station was actually in service…)

Ningbo is a special city to me. I have been back twice since graduation. I took Dabao once, and Xiaobao was three years old when I came the second time. The hotel I chose this time was a temporary reservation during the 5-1 period. This price is really a bargain in Tianyi. Great location. The professional and enthusiastic service attitude of Liang Shuang, the deputy manager of the front office department of the hotel, makes people feel at home. Will continue to choose next time!

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant and super helpful and friendly staff who is willing to go the extra mile. Convenient located with about 20 to 30 minutes car ride to either train station or airport. Walking access to many restaurants and stores, I will for sure stay again during my next visit

Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast is plentiful, the bed and bedding are comfortable and quiet. Not far from the subway, Nantang Old Street, Chenghuang Temple, the front desk lady is very good, there is a platform on the toilet paper box in the bathroom, it is very convenient to put the mobile phone, especially want to say that I am not comfortable, 11:40 noon I want to leave the room one day in advance, The little brother and the front desk lady are very powerful, and communicate with me in time. After checking out, the young lady also poured hot water for me. Very very good stay experience.

The staff working at the reception are really nice, even though they cannot speak English. I got breakfast delivered to my door every morning (I was asked about the time beforehand). The breakfast is nice and has a variety, they also had a vegetarian option for me. The location of the hotel is great, just 2 minutes walking to Chenghuangmiao and Tianyi Square. The hotelroom was nice and overall clean, I had a great view outside my window. Would stay here again!

This was the last place for me to stay in Ningbo, where I'd lived for seven years. After checking out of my apartment, I was feeling very stressed at the time but the receptionists were super sweet. It is an amazing hotel especially for the price. Right next to Marina restaurant and with beautiful, quirky, book-themed decor. Rooms are spotlessly clean, Chinese breakfast is fresh and tasty and there is a very pleasant vibe all round. Despite my not being in the most relaxed frame of mind when I checked in, I had a very enjoyable stay - thank you.

The hotel looks clean and tidy, and the space is spacious. The shower, toilet, and cloakroom are all separate, the floor-to-ceiling windows are well lit, and the room is very bright. Hygiene is also okay, no flaws are seen. This price is not bad. This building is considered the tallest one around, so the floor of the room will be higher. The location is in the Tianyi Square business district, a short walk from the subway, and there are several noodle restaurants in my collection nearby. You can walk directly to the Qianye Club and the Old Bund. Recommend to eat Ninghai Restaurant and Weird Lobster, both are delicious!
