The hotel is excellent and I stay here everytime I go to Ninjing. IMO, the best option in the county. The staff is friendly and the food is good. They don't have a coffee machine, and I would love to see they fixing it, since they receive lots of foreign guests

設施：介紹上有免費泊車，行李員，嬰兒車，全部都沒有，
服務：入住第一天早飯八點四十已經全部都沒有吃的了，聯繫前台前台告知衹給記錄一下，等了二十多分鐘，衹出來幾個包子都在搶，住了這麼多次酒店，第一次自助早餐需要搶的，
服務：早上打電話到前台需要打掃衞生，下午回來一看衹換了垃圾袋，跟放了浴巾，下午再打電話到前台告知需要打掃衞生，等了一個小時沒有人來，再次打電話詢問才告知來房間的路上，（我想問一下路程很遠嗎？）
設施：套房所有水龍頭放水都會有黃水，
設施：還有套房卧室空調直吹床上，
設施：洗手池木板掉落，阿姨換新的浴巾直接放在掉下來的木板上，期間聯繫前台衹是給記錄，沒有任何人解決，
環境：非常非常非常非常不隔音！！！
