We arrived at the hotel ahead of time hoping we could do early check-in and Tiffany was kind enough to make it happen. She was very nice and polite and would greet us when we came around the lobby area. The place is spacious, we were provided hotel's favorites to grab a bite, great location with lots of stores, food options and not too crowded. When getting to the room, it was super clean, spacious and pretty. Little details such as a "pillow spray" to help you sleep were provided in the room. Room service was fast and pricing resonable. Wouls def. recommend this spot to anyone running away from the Atlanta crazyness.

The rooms are dark and dingy, with window unit a/c’s that are very loud and click on and off all night keeping everyone awake. The bathrooms are small and limited in supplies. The lobby has recently been updated but once you get to your room expect a dark, yellowed, popcorn ceiling, noisy and super dated room. Do not stay. I check out early and stayed elsewhere

Booked the hotel for my family to use the pool while I had business in the morning/early afternoon. Pool was closed for maintenance. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew before. $300 dollars a night and no free breakfast?

We liked staying here overall. Make sure you understand if breakfast is included or not. One individual at the front desk a young man was mad we brought a 16 inch round table into the pool area to set our snacks on. He made us feel unwelcomed. The others were very nice.

For two mornings Straight! I have not been able to get any rest! I had to complain and again! The next following day the housekeepers continued to be loud! I’ve never been at a hotel were the housekeepers are so loud and so inconsiderate of the people staying in the room! I will not book here again. I spent over $500 for rest and haven’t gotten any since I’ve been here!

The lobby was clean and nice. Once I got to my room it was dirty. The rug was dirty , walls were greasy it made me feel uncomfortable staying there that I had to leave and book another hotel room nearby
