Wife went to use toilet and entire lid and seat slid off tank causing her to hit her back on tub. Wanted to talk to front desk but they had a number of customers in line and we needed to get on the road. She still needs asssitance today getting out of chairs and bed.

Staff is so helpful and kind, and the property is in really good shape. Great stopover when heading east or west on I-80!

The hotel was dirty and smelly like an old hotel from the 70’s
I would have preferred staying at a nicer hotel down the road for $30 less. I only booked this hotel because the other people we were with had already booked their rooms here. This hotel did offer a discount at the Applebees for the guests staying at this hotel and they also had a fresh spread for breakfast with someone actually working the breakfast and making sure that the food was constantly stocked and kept the breakfast area clean. The hotel wasn’t terribly bad. I just don’t like seeing oil looking stains in the carpet in the rooms and in the halls. I prefer hotels with laminated floors or even tile. The smells are what really got this hotel the bad review from me.

Check in was easy & receptionist was a delight. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed a splash in the pool! Breakfast had plenty of options & staff kept everything replenished. Pillows on the bed are completely flat (only negative thing) Overall a wonderful stay!

The motel was ok, seemed short staffed. The room was clean and comfortable, not the quietest. The motel isn't responsible for the lack of medium scale restaurants in the area but there just wasn't anything. Fast food and that seemed to be it

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only bad thing about our stay was that our room smelled. Every time we came into the room, the smell was overwhelming.

This random stop traveling Route 80 west turned out to be a delightful surprise. Lots of dining choices close by and very comfortable property.
