The pictures are very deceiving - as they are of the Guesthouses not the main hotel. I thought I was booking at an Inn, but I was really booked at a regular ole chain hotel. One that charges $8 per person per day for their pool! (you should really change this policy for paying overnight guests - why should we pay additional for facilities like this?) There's also nowhere to walk to from here, so if you're without a car expect to be paying for Ubers everywhere (which is fine as they're readily available). Overall, felt this was just a typical hotel stay whereas I was looking at the "18th century Inn" and was really confused as to why I was paying to use hotel facilities after paying for the hotel.

We come often to this Inn's conference center as a business group, and are always impressed with the style, decor, the service, the rooms, the location is second to none. Dining is a treat in the ballrooms and in the restaurant/lounge. The group has a great time.

We had a business conference and some guests stayed at Guest House with my partner. It was unbelievable historic experience. In keeping with CT rich history, this home pre-dates the revolutionary war, but is restored to Queen Victorian style. A must stay.

The Norwalk Inn is a gem - unlike the cookie cutter chain hotels, this family-run business feels more lux-boutique. Everything about the inn is clean. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with super comfortable beds and linens. The new addition - third floor - rooms are luxurious and quiet (no traffic sounds, etc.) and this is where I recently stayed. The guest house rooms for a group are well designed and comfortable. If you want to treat yourself and get a great night sleep, this is the place. On site restaurant and atrium/bar area, nice open lobby, friendly and helpful staff and easy, free parking.

I had to stay in Norwalk for 5 days and I booked a room at Norwalk Inn. I received a very good welcome. I have been satisfied since my first day. The room was very clean with a modern toilet, fast service, an office at my disposal. The menu is special and is not very Ubiquitous, Most of them are not everywhere. The foods are well prepared and well decorated make you want to have more and I had all types of drinks at my disposal, (Cocktails, Wine, etc). It was a very good experience.

I made a surprise to my family, I brought them to Norwalk Inn for 3 days. I booked a room with two beds. The beds were spaced out and very soft with clean bedsheets, room with blackout curtains, coffee maker was available in the room, a spacious shower. Air conditioning was available and bedsheets could be changed quickly each day if requested. It has a nice peaceful place, a clean swimming pool with chairs next to the restaurant of the Hotel where you can have any drink you want. Everything is well organized. They have a breakfast menu, another for lunch, another for dinner and a final dessert menu which is available throughout the day. We didn't have a car the day we should go back to the Airport, the Hotel took care of everything. It was a very good experience for me and my family and I think this is the right place for someone looking for a Hotel in Norwalk.

Furnishings and housekeeping are sub-par. TVs are pathetic, no wifi information in the room, walls are paper thin, shower is small, housekeeping forgot washcloths, couch uncomfortable, furniture is old. Won’t stay again. Felt more like a halfway house than a nice Inn.
