Great Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and compliant. Breakfast was most enjoyable and set me up for the day exploring the historical sights. The choice of food for the evening meal was good leaving me to enjoy the day without searching for a good restaurant. The room was most suitable and the bed excellent for comfort

I stayed here from the 06th to the 10th May. My first night was a disaster a result of a neighbouring construction site generator but Danielle and Debbie were able to change my room on Monday night thank you for looking after me. I would also like to thanks Suzanne, Kyra, Beth as well for always being polite professional and welcoming at all meal times. Great staff here would happily pick this Premier Inn again.

Comfortable and clean room. Fixed head shower over the bath. Very good breakfast. Perfect for us only staying one night. Another chair in the room would have been helpful but didn't ask as only one night. Good value for the city center. Paid parking near-by. Limited free disabled parking.

Stayed with my daughter for the night to catch up with some family friends and had a lovely stay!! The lady that checked us in was friendly even as she was rushed with customers. A big thank you to Danielle and Jesse for their support, I had a very nice stay! The bar was a plus too

I am a great fan of Premier Inn. I chose a premier room this time because I had an important virtual meeting to deliver and premier room includes Ultimate wifi. Very unfortunately both the ultimate wifi and free were unable to sustain a connection and I was consistently dropping off my zoom call. I was unable to use my phone as a hot spot because there was minimal 4G connection. It made my online commitments in the evening and the morning very difficult and stressful. I’m unsure about being able to rely on the wifi to work again and may need to consider an alternative space.

In a plus room which is recommended, breakfast is ok but I've been let down twice by eating in the evening in their restaurant. The waiting times are just ridiculous. Took them 50 minutes to get my drink, an hour to get my food, forgot what I ordered. I won't be eating there again. This is based on 2 separate visits so it's consistently crap in my eyes. 1.5 hours to have a main and dessert lol.

How are the rooms so uncomfortably hot in April with the outside temperature at 6 degrees ? Poor nights sleep even when we removed the duvet. The room must be 25 degrees at least. Staff were difficult to find but good when you found one. Car parking was £14 for 24 hours in the multi story over the bridge.
