Not a great experience. Found three roaches in our room. Sink had a crack in it and the vanity counter top was tilted downward. I called and they did change our room due to the roaches. Hotel quality did not match the price that I paid.

The room smelled awful. Could tell that dogs had been in the room. Sheets on one bed were old and did not feel as if they had been changed but looked clean. No hair conditioner and old towels. Not the best place I have ever stayed. A guest in the morning was complaining about his room not being cleaned, lack of breakfast food and more. Don’t recommend

You have to understand what you’re getting with this property. It’s a basic roadside hotel, nothing fancy and a little retro (or dated, if you’re in a negative mood. But this BW makes the most out of what they have. The property is clean and very well-staffed. Breakfast was surprisingly well done. The only negative is somehow our room did not get made up, so be sure to request maid service.

Short 1 night stay for a business trip. Room was very comfortable and clean. Soaps were nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was substantial for a small buffet. Ask for an even numbered room for less road noise.

Hotel was outdated. EV charging station is built for only one vehicle and it doesn’t work.

Beautiful place. Loved the fire pit. Hot tub was nice and HOT, although the jets weren't hard. Great breakfast. Courteous staff. Some highway noise.
