I felt unsafe that people were sitting outside drinking in the front of hotel. I think they may have been guest but it seemed ridiculous to sit outside when temperatures was approx in 58-61 degrees. All men in a junky car.

Unfortunately very dirty and in disrepair. The first room was not clean at all. We had to change rooms. The host was a little perturbed but did upgrade us for free. However, while a nicer room, it still had discoloration and mild on the shower, cracked ceiling. We had lost confidence and ended up leaving after 2 nights.

had someone try to break into room during the night. Phone didnt work. when reported to the front desk, in person, they did nothing... nothing. Door knob kept failing (why they could break in), after reporting it, they did nothing. Reported noise...nothing. Key kept not working... nothing.

It was a fairly nice place to stay. Carpet worn out. Dirty. Breakfast was cold. Milk was sour.
The people working there were exceptional. They offered warm cookies and lemon water.

Area leading to the pool was run down. Tiny ants in the room. Otherwise room was clean. Dirty carpet in stairwells. Bed was comfortable

We really enjoy staying here. Very convenient and well kept. This time I was a bit disappointed. There was a large hand print on the mirror, some trash from the last guest and the tub drain was backed up. Hopefully they can get that addressed. Not enjoyable getting a shower in standing water.

It was a great experience from check in to check out. Would definitely re-stay there next trip to Ocala Silver Springs.

Frienly staff, helpful information about the area, good breakfast and the only bad thing it was the smell if the room .. but I have thats a common thing now in several hotels, its like a humid smell... but overall good hotel for a quick business trip, I will not choose it for a family vacations.
