This property gave me a key to an occupied room twice! Ms. Edith checked me into an occupied room and Ms. Stacey did the same. They could not find my paperwork and Ms. Stacey read everyone's card to me until she found it. How can you tell a customer other occupants' names? Someone stayed in my room and was checked out to me. This is an unsafe property and we walked into a person's room sleeping with their kids. My kids and I could have gotten hurt because of the unprofessional and unsafe way the staff of this property handled the situation. We got out of the property as fast as we could and stayed in a different hotel. This is unacceptable and I am asking full refund!!

Horrible customer service, and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed 4 nights with my boyfriend and little sister who is 12 and they made us pay $40 + tax for her stay. Said they were going to refund my card but I have yet to see a refund. Mold in the sink and an uncleaned tub with hair from the previous guest in it. The air conditioner smelled of mildew when in use. Housekeeping NEVER once changed our bedsheets or made our beds during our stay, a towel in the bathroom looked previously used with blood stains on it. Also underneath of sheets the mattress protector was disgustingly dirty with brown spots all over it looked very unsanitary to be sleeping on. The toilet clogged every time we used it even if it was just to pee had to go down to the front desk to get a plunger. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I truly enjoyed staying at Best Westerns when I was a little girl with family but I don't think I can give it another chance, it was truly a horrible experience. I wanted so badly to have a nice time with my family but it was so hard to do that.

Beds were clean, bathroom was clean but the hotel hallway smelled weird. The room had a musky, humid smell even with the ac going, the smell didn’t go away

Was a nice facility to stay in with kind staff. You could tell some updates were needed, and the hallways creaked as you walked to you room. But the room itself was clean, comfortable, and modern.

Check in time is 4 o’clock most hotel is the check in time is 2 o’clock. This hotel is until 4 o’clock. The room is not ready and if you come early like 2 o’clock they’re going to charge you $25 early check-in this is not fair.

Our party came with more than 1 car and the hotel would not accommodate us having more than one car. Breakfast was great. Front desk did give us more towels.

The rooms were clean enough but everything was very old and outdated. There were cracks/holes in the wall and the bathroom was pretty old.
Fine for a night but wouldn’t go back. Workers were very very kind.

I was pleasantly surpised as the hotel was excellent all around. The staff was profesional, helpful and very nice so my next quick trip to Ocean City Maryland I will be staying at the Best Western Hotel & Suites and kudo's to Camil as my housekeeper on the 2nd floor.
