Located on Momotaro Odori, about 2 minutes from JR Okayama Station/Okaden Okayama Station, 1 minute from Nishikawa Greenway Park, close to ICOTNICOT, good location.
The nearest convenience store is Lawson. The single room is slightly smaller, and the 27-inch suitcase is just flat. In winter, heating is provided. The refrigerator must be turned on to cool down. The use of the door key is not intuitive.
Breakfast includes bread, soup, coffee, juice.

I used it when traveling.
It's not new, but it's clean and convenient, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so it was comfortable.
For breakfast, we had bread, *, juice, soup and coffee. It was delicious.
It was nice to be able to choose the hardness of the pillow in the bedroom.

Free snacks are served in the morning, and take-out coffee is available until 8pm. Because it is near the station, department stores, convenience stores, and restaurants are not a problem. Clean and good water pressure in the shower. There was only one smell of the washroom. Cospa is good even if you deduct it.

Both of the two pillowcases had an aging smell. The toilet was dirty and the bathtub was gritty. Checking out was easy because you put the key in the box and it's over.
