There is not enough staff. The one person that works the front desk, is also the shuttle driver. So when they leave they put up a sign saying they stepped away. Then your there just waiting until they return to be assisted. Again with one person, if you call after hours no one is there to answer the phone, you are left waiting not knowing when they will actually return. They don’t have an alternate phone number to be reached by either.

The positive reviews of this property, and the property photos lead me to book a night here for a business trip with a planned very early morning departure to catch a flight. So, luckily, it was a short stay. The property is significant more worn down than the images show, and my room, while spacious, had all the hallmarks of a very cheap hotel. Mystery stains on the mattress, loose toilet seat, toilet paper hangar dangling from the wall, and a half-used roll lying on the bathroom counter. The towels were clean but showed staining, and I had to make do with a washcloth as a shower mat. The walls are thin (you’ll hear your neighbors clearly) and the hallway on the first floor smelled of disinfectant - likely from the pool across the hall. All of this comes with the territory with an inexpensive hotel, and so candidly, while I would have preferred better, given the reviews and photos, I’m not upset. What was more frustrating, was going to check out early in the morning, and having a desk attendant nowhere to be found. After ten or so minutes, I found someone cleaning in an adjoining room, who informed me that the desk clerk wasn’t there right now, and that unless I needed a deposit back, I could just leave the key and they’d check me out eventually. I needed to catch my flight, so I had little option but to leave. Even at a cheap hotel, such limited service leaves something to be desired.

Breakfast employee rude. And have preference. Example : showed up 6:53 to breakfast and got stopped ‘mbreakfast start at 7 am sharp. Next day I leave to work at 6:35 and people was having breakfast Got bitten by bugs . Red bugs in my bed and pillows

First room I was assigned toilet didn’t work, front desk changed my room immediately. It was very cold outside, we checked in at midnight because my flight was delayed. The other room was ok, but it could be helped with a good cleaning.

The guy at the front desk was unable to help or provide a solution to our issue. The worst service I've ever seen.

I've been staying here twice a year for the last 10 or so years. It is just getting worse as far as the room and property. Absolutely no water pressure this stay and no hot water the first night at all and no communication about it either. The staff is actually always very nice and accommodating though. It just needs some real TLC inside and out.

The hotel is clean and looked nice when you walk into the lobby but had several problems in the rooms. We had to change rooms because the heater wasn't working and it was freezing outside. Not sure the guy who came to look at it knew what was going on. Then the bathtub in the new room didn't work right. The shower was tricky and had a hard time getting it to go on. The phone in the room didn't work and there was NO ice on ANY floor in the machines. I also didn't like you can't take the breakfast foods to your room; that they must be eaten in the dining area.

The staff was absolutely amazing, extremely accommodating. I will absolutely stay there again.,
