Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking.
There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

The hotel is well located and good, owner is very friendly, but need some improvement like the fridge was vey noise and twice they forgot to leave towels in the room.

Trots sen check in (15:00) lyckades man inte ha vårt rum klart i tid tills när vi skulle checka in. Så det började ju under förväntan.
Det fanns glutenfritt bröd på frukosten om man frågade efter det. Utöver det fanns det typ ingen specialkost vilket är lite tråkigt om man har en allergi.

Standardrum utan några extra krusiduller. Vattenkokare på rummet är bra, engångsmuggar som smälter av kokande vatten är mindre bra. Frukost var precis vad man vill ha, positivt.
