Inn at Grand Glaize

This hotel is extremely outdated and ran Down. The staff was all very kind but the amount of u cleanliness is just a shame. First got a room that had a plastic window on it with black duck tape. Asked to be moved and got another room that had mouse poop on the pull out sofa so dirty and just below any standard anyone should have the pool and hot tub was not maintained at all no chemical levels where tested and everyone and then you got a bad sewer smell while swimming. Never again!!!

New Carpet was nice. But the corners of the walls were cheaply patched. The bathtub was kind of dirty with tub scum. But the Shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. The bed was very uncomfortable with sagging and weak springs. The sheets and comforter and sheets were clean. The sliding glass door did not latch shut. So it was unlocked the whole time. Breakfast SHOULD BE FREE!!! Lot's of nicer places are free. $13 is too expensive. We went to the restaurant around 10:15am and breakfast ends at 11. The buffet had not been touched since it was all still covered nobody had even been there. I'm guaranteeing the food was trashed after 11 or the employees probably took it home.

Called ahead of time and made sure hot tub was running. Once we got there it was running but cold. Wouldn’t give us a refund because we booked through *******

The staff was amazing, super nice and helpful. The hotel itself needs some updating. Looks like they are trying, but the quality isn’t great. Overall not a bad stay.

Love this place! They are working on updating to be a lil more up to date and I’m excited for their future

Staff was friendly room definitely not new but was well painted and only had minor flaws. For a hotel of its size and age it was a fairly nice place. The room was clean and didn’t smell bad.

Nice enough stay. Room needs updated but I understand the entire place is going through a major renovation so I’m sure it’ll all be good. Very attentive young person working front desk and very helpful

The hotel was wonderful,greeted with a smile. Staff was very friendly and informative about places to eat at around there. Beautiful view of the lake.

Some renovations still being done. Music too loud in the restaurant. But otherwise very good service and good views of the Lake of the Ozarks. Nice place.
