Hotel Livemax Premium Umeda East

Osaka|0.45km from Temma Station
I was worried from the beginning of the opening, but I didn't have a chance and finally stayed. This time I used it for 2 night with breakfast. The room felt larger than the business hotel I often use. It was good that there was no TV at the desk. The microwave was placed at the desk, but it was small compared to the TV, and there was no waste space because it was a box, and it was convenient if it was in the room, so it was good. The room was cleaned, but there was no particular point that I felt uncomfortable. Although it is a unit bus, there is a part of the wooden panel on the wall, and the unit bus with a lot of impression is quite good impression. The refrigerator is not Perche type, so it's a little loud, but it gets cold firmly. The nightwear was not a yukata. It was good for me because it often ended only in the morning, probably because it was bad sleeping in yukata. The air conditioning was completely individual air conditioning. In addition, an air humidifier was installed in the room where I stayed. Although it is a bath on the 14th floor, the open air is 3, the bubble bath in the indoor bath is 5, the carbonated spring is 2, and there are 4 washrooms. Both the bath and the dressing room were in a beautiful condition. Breakfast, but it was a very normal breakfast with side dishes that are common in business hotels. There is a cleaning condition of the room, the size of the room, and the bath unexpectedly of the unit bath, and considering this price, the evaluation seems to be good.

The location is right next to Tenjibashisuji, and there is a 7-Eleven next to the hostel, so I was able to enjoy the trip a little more relaxed and comfortable. ☺️ The staff were so friendly, It was so nice to be kind and quick to solve the questions and difficulties. 👍❤️ It was nice to be concise and convenient because you can only choose what you need, and there is a cute cat. It was completely healing itself 😻 !! However, there is Tenma Station within a 3-minute walk, so I can hear a little noise from the station until midnight, but there was no big inconvenience to sleep. On the other hand, it was very convenient to move because it was a 3-minute walk from Tenma Station ☺️ Happy and comfortable rest ‼️ Thank you 💓

The advantage is that the transportation is very convenient. It is not far from the JR Station Temman Station. It is very close to Sakuranomiya and Tenmangu Shrine. It is within walking distance. It is really not too convenient to take JR for a day trip around Osaka. The room is very large, which is rare in Japan. The bed can be regarded as a double bed. The facilities are complete and self-service check-in is very convenient. The disadvantage is that it is right next to the railway. Japanese houses do not directly open their balconies to face the railway. Although the room is separated by two doors and a space inside, the railway can still be heard. People who are light sleepers should think carefully. I personally don’t feel much sleep. effect and is therefore satisfactory.

On the way back from receiving the second corona vaccination at ”My Dome Osaka”, I stayed using ”Summer Toku !! ◆ Summer Limited ◆ Breakfast Plan”. I was interested in the origin of the name and decided to stay there. Although the name was changed from Shanxi Welfare Memorial Hall to Ampeel Hotel Osaka in February 2020, the Shanxi Welfare Memorial Hall operates it. The restaurant on the first floor felt higher than the usual business hotel and had a good impression. Perhaps because it was the time of the spread of the new corona infection, I had a relaxing breakfast with the restaurant as if it were rented out without seeing the guests. It is a hotel that I wanted to use again if I had the opportunity.

When I stayed a few years ago, the interior of the furniture and room was old and ... I thought it was not possible because it was cheap. It was a little uneasy because it was cheap this time, but I decided to stay with reference to the recent user reviews. The room was renovated beautifully and clean. The hospital was close and the sound of the ambulance was a little worried, but the others were able to spend comfortably.

I used it because it was just renewed and it was close to the station by train to go to Osaka Castle Hall. It was very beautiful from the appearance to the inner view, so it was easy to spend, and the station and convenience store were very convenient without a few minutes walk. Despite the hustle and bustle of the city and the time, there was no bustle of foreigners, and it was the impression around the station called the residential area a little far from Namba and Umeda. It is very convenient because it is one train (1 station) to Kyobashi where restaurants and restaurants are lined up. I think it is especially recommended for those who visit Osaka many times. I stayed at the standard twin, but the room was perfect, and the price was affordable and very good despite the end of the year.

Guide for Travelling in Osaka

Introduction to Osaka

Osaka, Japan's third-largest city, is a dynamic metropolis known for its modern architecture, lively nightlife, and hearty street food culture. It is located in the Kansai region on the main island of Honshu. Osaka's friendly locals and a myriad of attractions, including historic landmarks, theme parks, and shopping districts, provide a compelling contrast to Tokyo's hustle and bustle.

Tips for Travelling to Osaka

Osaka is served by two airports: Kansai International Airport and Itami Airport, with Kansai being the primary gateway for international travelers. The city has an excellent public transportation system, including JR trains, subways, and buses. Japan's famous bullet trains also connect Osaka with other major cities.

The official currency is the Japanese Yen (JPY), and while credit cards are widely accepted, it's worth carrying some cash for smaller establishments. The official language is Japanese, and while English is not commonly spoken by older locals, younger generations and service staff at tourist attractions usually have a good understanding.

Visa requirements for Japan vary depending on your country of origin, so always check in advance. Many countries enjoy visa-free access for short-term visits.

Popular Attractions in Osaka

Dotonbori is Osaka's entertainment heart, with its iconic Glico Man sign, an array of restaurants, and exciting street performances. A visit to Osaka Castle, one of Japan's most famous landmarks, is essential.

Universal Studios Japan, a popular theme park featuring Harry Potter World, is a favorite among families. Explore the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one of the largest public aquariums in the world, or shop 'til you drop in the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade.

Weather, Best Time to Visit, and What to Wear

Osaka experiences four distinct seasons. The spring (March-May) and fall (September-November) are the best times to visit, with pleasant temperatures and beautiful cherry blossoms or fall colors. Summers can be hot and humid, while winters are mild but chilly. Depending on the season of your visit, pack accordingly - light, breathable clothing for summer, and warm layers for winter.
