Really nice hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. The rest of the hotel is nice but not really well mantained. If you just want to relax, maybe you should try another one!

This is our 1st
That we got at jw Marriott very very bad service The room was very very dirty. Did you not come and clean and it was full of flies and bugs
We tried to talk to the hotel, but they said we should talk to you because I got books from you guys
We had to wait for the towels for four hours and did not deliver

We had a great trip at the JW Marriott Desert Springs. The grounds and rooms are great, lots of things to do for the kids and the whole family, the boat rides are fun and the pool has lots of entertainment, especially on the weekends. General Manager Nusrat went out of his way to show great kindness to our family. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.
