I have returned to Mallorca for the third time, and I have repeated with the hotel. The service at this hotel is excellent! the waiters, the cleaning girls, reception and entertainment. The room was fine, a little small. I hope to be able to return soon and continue enjoying the island,thank you mica

My friend and I have just spent 6 days in this hotel and were really disappointed , it was no way a 4 star hotel I would rate it 2.5-3. Food was terrible very bland and very repetitive, pasta, pizza , fish, chips and it was always just like warm and even some of the food must of been sat there a while and was dry. Deserts were very poor too sometimes cake from night before. My friend is diabetic and easier for us to come in an all inclusive holiday as normally the choice is brilliant but not here , I love my food but can’t wait to get home to cook. Room was ok it was kept clean. Wardrobe was useless though just not enough space and was disappointed that you had to pay to use the safe (it did state on booking site but I didn’t notice it) and simple thing like I kettle was not in room. The entertainment team were good but entertainment as a whole was poor. Hotel was in a good location though. Will I come back, that’s a No. Visited 15-21 may 2024

Everything was perfect. The location was good and the wiev from the terrace was beautiful. I strongly recommend Alua Boccaccio.

Just come back from a week's stay, hotel was reasonable 4*. It's great location 2 minutes from the sandy beach. Very clean throughout. The staff especially reception were really helpful. The pool was freezing but we went mid May so probably take time to warm up. Breakfast had a reasonable buffet selection ncluding fresh omelettes. I wasn't to keen on the bathroom/toilet door being frosted glass especially as we are 2 friends but we managed. Highly recommend S'amfora restaurant , it is less than 2 minutes from the hotel

Hotel was great, very clean and in a beautiful location however, not worth it for all inclusive. We had to pay additional for cocktails and the drinks that were included as part of our all inclusive package were minimal and underwhelming. Staff also struggled to understand basic drinks at times and often made incorrect drinks as a result. Not many options for food, lack of variety for fussy eaters and a lack of basic items such as chicken etc. Rooms were very clean however hotel failed to mention prior to check in about a fee plus deposit for the safe - not major but would have been nice to know at time of check in to save the hassle of going up and down from reception. Our room also had a faulty plug next to the bed - again, not major but is frustrating when you’ve paid so much money.

Lovely hotel and staff. Location good and all areas clean and tidy at all times. Rooms were small but beds were very comfortable!!

Very happy with my stay at this Hotel. Me and my partner went all inclusive for 7 days and loved every second of it. Staff: The hotel staff are lovely, always smiling and happy to help whenever and the entertainment staff are amazing too, Great laughs and many games for adults and kids alike, won myself 4 medals ;) great fun, and great variety of entertainment. They will be missed by us for sure!!! Food: The food is also great, there isnt a massive selection compared with other All-Inclusives but it makes up for that with the fresh food that gets cooked infront of you! And its to a high quality too, being 3 - 4 main choices and a wide variety of sides. The Rooms: Me and my partner stayed in the double room and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated and look immaculate. The only downside id say is the soundproofing. You can hear your neighbours conversations clear as day. Not an issue for us as we were just in the room to sleep mostly, but could be an issue if youre looking for privacy. The Location: The location is amazing, with a shop on every corner, pubs/clubs dotted around the place, numerous restraunts, and the beach is a 2 minute walk away with an included all inclusive beach bar with snacks and wide variety of drinks! The views are amazing too, some really excellent scenery that makes for some amazing photos. Summary: Great hotel, great staff, great place to stay! Location is perfect, the whole package is worth the money. Only negative is how you can hear everything your neighbours are up to. But i would 100% come back again and just might.

A lovely hotel . Excellent location in the middle of small town , 2 mins from beach but overlooking a lake . We had all inclusive and the food was varied and plenty of choice . I loved the fish which was grilled especially for you and plenty of salads . You can have a snack 24/7 . we arrived at 1 am and there was fruit , coffee , sandwiches and a pasta dish. Plenty of sun loungers. Daily entertainment 2 times a day . Rooms fine but smallish. WiFi good but didn’t reach pool . Staff wonderful

Me and my partner aged between 27-31 arrived at the end of April and stayed until the 4th May. The hotel was full of a lot older people like 60+. All of the outside areas are none smoking, beach bar was closed even though we was advised it was open. No entertainment. Very disappointing stay for us. Food was nice and drinks were very good and bed was comfy.
