The beds are SUPER firm. The toilet was a little annoying, because you had to hold the handle down. The check in crew was really friendly and helpful. I got a little aggrivated checking out. I would probably stay there again, it just wouldnt be a first choice. It wasnt bad, it just wasnt great. Also, make sure to note there is an additional fee for a room deposit of $100

You all surprised me with a $100 deposit when I went to check in. I checked out yesterday morning and don't have my money back yet. It wouldn't have been a problem if I had warning in advance. Maybe it was buried in the fine print. I hope it was worth it, because you've lost my business and my trust.

The lobby was beautiful and the staff was fantastic, our room wasn't clean tv didn't work, remote didn't work, toilet didn't work, the lock was only half way attached to the door.

This property was affordable. The room smelled and I didn't care for that. But the price was less than $100 a night and that's what I needed while traveling through.

Room smelled very musty from water damage or dampness. One pillow was filthy water pressure in the shower was very low. And room next to us was very loud.

The staff was great. The rooms need attention. Not a negative Nancy here but there was black mold in the room (and the room we were moved to after the first room). There were also hamdprints on the mirror and not sure what was on the walls. Our neighbor’s muffin (individually wrapped) from the breakfast was very moldy.
Again, staff was great and obviously couldn’t help the room condition but ownership needs to address some things before I would recommend staying here.

Room was clean but in the bathroom the paint was falling off the walls and up close to the ceiling. where the light was mounted was a good sized hole

Greeted like a smile and welcome. Didn’t like was the toilet was loose like about to fall off the wax ring every time it was sat on. Bolts need tightened or replaced. Great bed and mostly quiet.
