Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees

The location for the hotel is great Very close to the main shopping street, like 5 mins walking

Cosy room in excellent location. Room a bit small despite upgrade to executive. Suitable for business travellers

The rooms are extremely small beware!!! If you bring large luggage and bags please beware you can’t fit it comfortably not leaving any walking space. The toilet is extremely small and water splashes everywhere. The toilet seat is uncomfortable because my legs were hitting the sides. Besides that everything else was fine. The room is modern and clean. Although the lift card reader is very delicate and sometimes it works and most times it doesn’t you just need to make sure you pull it out slowly. If you are a solo traveler this will work just fine but if you are a couple it might be a little cram. Location is really good it’s walking distance to Lafayette and the champs Élysée district

My wife and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Monna Lisa and loved it. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and couldn't be any more helpful. On the first morning of our stay our daughter arrived at the hotel to surprise my wife on her birthday and one of the reception team filmed the moment on my daughter's phone (I'm sorry - we don't know your name and didn't see you again but we really appreciate what you did). When we returned to the room that day, the hotel had left a small gift and a birthday message for my wife - a gesture we appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a heated toilet seat and a great shower. There is a safe and there are tea & coffee making facilities and soft drinks in the mini bar. We loved breakfast. There was a good choice of pastries, breads, cakes, yogurts and meats to choose from. The location was great for us. It's about 2 minutes walk to the Champs Elysees and there are plenty of restaraunts and bars in the area. If we return to Paris (we hope to some time soon) I expect that we will return to Le Monna Lisa as we enjoyed our recent visit so much.

Hotel is going major renovation to the facade and is all encased in scaffolding. Should not operating but instead they are taking reservation and don’t mention anything about construction in their communication. Much better options in the area in terms of hotels and airbnbs. They have good potential but show that they care little about their customers

Every detail was thought of at this hotel- from the warm toilet seats, to the macarons available for guests and the filtered water in the rooms. I booked my hotel hours before arriving to Paris. At first, the room had a few issues but the staff were very prompt in addressing them. They offered to upgrade me a few times, to which I finally took them up on their offer. I’m glad I did as well. The next time I visit, I will be booking the upgraded room. Location- this is close to Arc Triompe and lots of shopping.

We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon in Paris. The hotel was quaint and sweet. The staff was very helpful and kind. We were able to store our luggage in the hotel our last day after check out too. The location was perfect with everything you can think of about 15 minutes away walking. We truly enjoyed this stay!
