Ótima estadia,café da manhã top,só a piscina estava um pouco suja. O quarto e o banheiro espaçoso ,cama e roupas de cama boa... Funcionários educados e atenciosos Uma boa escolha seja só de passagem ou ficar mais tempo. A localização é perfeita.

PetrolinaPalace, o hotel do cambalacho: Promete TV a cabo e não tem Promete ar condicionado e não tem Voce reclama, o funcionario vem no se quarto, finge que mexe na TV, e vai embora te deixando na mesma, sem TV s cabo. Terceira chance que estou dando ao hotel e esta história se repete!

Estive hospedado entre os dias 02 e 06 de fevereiro de 2023, encontrei o hotel muito diferente de alguns anos atrás e para pior. A começar pela equipe da recepção, mal treinada, despreparada e sem conhecer o básico, inclusive com dificuldade de lhe dar com computador e internet, impressionante. Os quartos mal cuidados, portas estragadas, banheiros antigos, chuveiro com dificuldade de sair água, uma tristeza, o que salvava era a eficiência do pessoal da limpeza, pois o quarto estava sempre limpo, apesar de deteriorado pelo tempo. O café da manhã de fazer vergonha, fraquíssimo, os funcionário, a exemplo das camareiras, se esforçavam para agradar os hóspedes, mas não tinham muitos recursos para isto, só a gentileza. No geral, exceto as camareiras e os funcionários do restaurante, o hotel é horrível!!!

Boa estadia, com quarto amplo, café da manhã bom, 2 elevadores funcionando, wifi em todas as áreas do hotel, localização ótima. Apenas a piscina foi prejudicada pelas construções ao lado do hotel, fazendo sombra a maior parte do dia.
