The hotel is value for money. It is nearby the beach . The room is clean. However, it is quite far from city center. The problem I got is on the check in date the hotel provided the duplicated room with another guest. However, the front office staff took immediate action to find the new room for me. Overall is good.

The room is very cozy and beautiful design . Recommended for long stay also provide those kitchen item for you to cook, microwave, and bread toaster. If you are looking for nice view room better get a Two bed room suite on the 6 or 7 floor over looking at the bangtao beach. Besides, location is great close to restaurant, super market and Surin beach just by walking distance around 10 mins . Much more convenient if you rent motor bike to go around as there are no taxi service around that area. Lastly the most important my kids enjoy the infinity pool and food on the roof top is delicious which is value for money.

The CA Hotel and Resort is a relatively large hotel that offers all the services you can expect from such a place: seminar room, swimming pool, a nice breakfast, very correct rooms. The hotel is a very nice hotel with a spacious and comfortable room with balcony and a view of the surroundings. The hotel is far from tourist activities and will be more suitable for representatives or persons with a vehicle.

The room is very nice, we have booked a 2 Bedroom Suite Balcony room, which is a very big room. There are complete facilities. Very good value for money. And another thing is that the 2 key cards are very good. As for the breakfast, the taste is average. Going to the fresh way, probably because most of the guests are foreigners, so they make a medium taste for staying for 2 days, the food menu does not change at all. This one is secretly disappointed, but I like dumplings, waffles, toast very much. The service staff is really good. Can answer questions and recommend everything. The pool is very little people. The room was very nice, spacious, great AC, nicer balcony (although faced other apartments so be conscious of that). Staff were very friendly and helpful to me. It was in a nice quite street with plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a short 10 min walk to Bangla road. 3 minutes to the beach and a few other beach/pool clubs. The pool here is small however. I thought I had great value for money.

During the epidemic, it only sells for more than 100 yuan a night, which is very cost-effective. For this price, it is impeccable. There are only 5 rooms in the entire hotel, there is a parking lot, and the swimming pool is quite small, but this period is equivalent to a private pool.

We took this hotel/gesthouse as a night before the departure of a flight for its location just in front of Phuket International Airport. The family that carry it is absolutely charming. The cleanest room we have had for a long time. Although it is 5 real minutes walking from the airport we took without charge to the same. Best of the best Having worked and vacationed in East, Southeast, and South Asia for more than 30 years, I guess I've stayed in more than a hundred hotels, the good, the bad and the ugly. The hotel I'm staying at now, the Namphunng in Rawai is hands down the very best. and I strongly recommend the place to others. Location is perfect--easy walk to massage places, conveniece stores, the ocean, and Rawai's vibrant nightlife. Facilieies are topnotch--I have a giant two story apartment with full kitchen. Pool sparkles. Very nice little tropical ”forest” next to the pool. Wonderful staff. The manager, Gio, has a great sense of humor, but more importantly, if there are ever any problems with the room, he's there in a flash to see things get ffxed. Besides that, he likes to give complimentary upgrades when possible, and that's on top of very reasonable rates. So, I'd put this hotel at the very top of the many, many places Ive styed in Asia. We stayed here for 9 nights and could easily have stayed much longer. Rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette. We are long term travellers so not eating out every night for us. We like doing our own catering from time to time. Everything was clean and working well. Towels ( pool and shower) replenished every day. As is tea, coffee and water. The views were lovely - sea with sunsets 🌅 It is fairly new. The 3 pools that we could access were fabulous. Sunbeds were of good quality. The gym is very good. We hired a motorbike so getting to places was not an issue. If you get taxis they will be expensive - use just grab app. We liked the location, very peaceful. You can access Merlin beach down a dirt track at the side of the hotel. Paradise beach is about 3kms further past the Marriott and is well worth the 100baht which includes a sunbed and soft drink. The local Family mart and 7 Eleven is closed down for now. All the Staff are extremely professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 from us. Fantastic place. Thank you Lets Phuket 🙏

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.
