Burasari Phuket Resort

Love everything about my stay in Burasari Phuket. We have been greeted and assisted by a friendly and helpful staff. Excellent in room amenities provided. Ironing facilities is available on request. Limited Halal certified food available. I can only eat different kind of eggs and bread, fruits and salad. Overall, the hotel provided high quality service from the day we came through our last day.

The hotel is stunning and the food is excellent. Breakfast was perfect and a large selection of western and Asian dishes available. The room was perfect and amenities were plentiful. Most of the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Requests were fulfilled quickly. The location is nice, but it is not on the beach. The beach can be reached by walking down the street and crossing the road. Upon checkin, the staff at the front desk were not as friendly as I am used to in Thailand. The rest of the time, the staff were very friendly and always smiling. I will definitely return!

The check in was good and smooth. We were treated with a welcome drink and cold towel. However the room we have requested for was not given to us. But once we gave our feedback it was changed the moment the room was available. Staffs are friendly, rooms are decently clean and well kept. Best part of all mini bar is absolutely free of charges with daily top up. I will book my next stay with them again. Good privacy. Room was very spacious,

I'm traveling a lot and went to all sorts of hotels. BURASARI is one of my best experience. The hotel is beautiful. Although Burasari is huge you never feel disturbed by the high number of customers. Everything goes smooth in this very elegant resort. I wish I could congratulate the designer of this place. From general impression to the slightest little detail has been thought to suggest customer admiration. The tag (do not disturb/clean the room) is just funny and elegant at the same time. The pictures hanged on the wall of the writing table in the room have a rare artistic touch. I could comment positively on so many other architecturals implementation but I let you see it by yourself. Worth staying at Burasari. You'll enjoy everything. And yes pool bar is amazing...

I m surprise with the warm welcome from the hotel with writing cards, flowers and fruits. Probably, it's because I m regular stay at this hotel. Good location, great services from all the staff, clean room and for sure it's my first choice hotel at Patong.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the road. It was not as majestic as the photos showed. Curtains needed to be drawn as guests checking and workers outside could look through our window. Cars with loud music on kept passing by every 20 minutes after 10pm vibrated the room. We were given random plastic cups two mornings as a particular restaurant lady staff feared our toddler would break their glasses. When we refused to use it, she convinced us that a straw would be helpful. The place was a bit worn out probably the 2004 tsunami had left some permanent marks? Otherwise, one male staff at the reception we met on our first day showed commendable hospitality, with smiles and caring reminders. Buffet breakfast offered a variety of good options with something different every other morning.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Burasari Resort and our experience was nothing short of delightful. Despite a minor hiccup during check-in where we were initially given a city view room instead of the pool view room we had booked, the staff at Burasari rectified the situation promptly. Burasari Resort is a great pick if you want a place that's beautiful, close to the beach, and near awesome restaurants. It's perfect for people who want a mix of relaxing and exciting experiences. We truly had memorable and enjoyable stay.
