I'm ****, I should have read the opinions before booking. Wifi is not always available and the opinions have pointed to this problem. What is disgusting is that the staff led us on board and MENTI for several days pretending a momentary decrease of the network or then rain time!!! ??? Great place to stay, pool was really nice, room was huge and spotless, Staff were very welcoming and friendly if you are looking for access to beaches go elsewhere. Outstanding value for money. Lots of street food near by and the hotel restaurant was very good, its also a 3 minute stroll from a huge Big C supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit on the hard side but as I was using the hotel to get over jet lag for a couple of nights it was not really an issue, so nothing bad to say

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. The rooms are simple but pleasant, and the location, right by night market and in close proximity of numerous cafes and restaurants, is excellent. The buffet breakfast is once again simple, but satisfying: there are pieces of toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, banana muffins, watermelon, tea, coffee, juice, and a few other foods on offer for you to choose as you like. All in all, great accommodation by the Old Town in Phuket!

Best hotel we have been so far in Thailand. Great breakfast, nice pool on the rooftop and gym well equipped. Street food just front of the hotel. Ah, and super nice shower gel and shampoo in hotel!

Hotel with a stunning view upon the bay to Siray harbor. All staff were super friendly and helpful. For the lazy one 24h gulf cart service is provided to pick you up from your beautiful and clean rooms.

The AC was definitely way too loud and the chairs to sit outside need replacement! But the staff was kind and helpful and the atmosphere was great

The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive initial impression. However, one aspect that stood out was the somewhat lacking amenities. While the hotel exuded a quaint charm, it fell short in terms of modern conveniences. The absence of certain amenities that are considered standard in many hotels left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection. Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. It's essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize cleanliness to ensure guests feel at ease during their visit.

The room had unpleasant smell resembling sweat and the personnel agreed to change my room which I appreciate. The new room had better atmosphere but still had same smell of lower concentration as I could judge.

Loved this hotel. Staff are helpful. Good value for money. Only thing I’d have liked was a kettle in the room. You need transportation for central or old town. So location is a bit away from activity areas. The fridge was a great size. Bed was fit for purpose. A big double bed with appropriate linen and a lovely light duvet. Shower facilities was good. Great space for airing clothes. And a balcony with a view of city and mountains. And there’s a lift! Lots of places to eat locally.
