The rooms are simple but pleasant, and the location, right by night market and in close proximity of numerous cafes and restaurants, is excellent. The buffet breakfast is once again simple, but satisfying: there are pieces of toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, banana muffins, watermelon, tea, coffee, juice, and a few other foods on offer for you to choose as you like. All in all, great accommodation by the Old Town in Phuket!

I'm ****, I should have read the opinions before booking. Wifi is not always available and the opinions have pointed to this problem. What is disgusting is that the staff led us on board and MENTI for several days pretending a momentary decrease of the network or then rain time!!! ??? I stayed here for 3 nights it was super clean, comfortable bed,and smell very good in the room, staffs was good as well they recommend some restaurant and bar that we can walk from hotel just few minute. The food and location is amazing. Definitely recommended.

Best hotel we have been so far in Thailand. Great breakfast, nice pool on the rooftop and gym well equipped. Street food just front of the hotel. Ah, and super nice shower gel and shampoo in hotel!

I stayed here 7 nights to pass the Sandbox period. The hotel is perfect convenient to the center and to the buses that can take you just about anywhere. Fantastic staff very courteous and helpful. Excellent cleaning and assistance for Thai Pass certification. The restaurant is also good. Economical price

The hotel has recently opened. It is located right in the center of Phuket old town and it is ideal for people wanting to explore not only the old town but the rest of the island. This lovely old building has a long history dating back to the tin mining day and it has recently undergone a total renovation. The renovation has been carried out to an excellent standard and the staffs in typical Thai style are extremely helpful and attentive. In a town where car parking is as a premium this hotel provides unique parking facilities in so far as you can drive you car to a floor level immediately adjacent to your room. The rooms are well air-conditioned, extremely comfortable and as the hotel is located off the main street are totally quiet. The restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and the hotel even has a quite unique swimming pool. Overall we have had an excellent stay and I would sincerely recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The facilities here are really good - a really big gym and a good size pool too! The rooms are really big too with so much space. Would recommend.

Overall a good stay. The location is great - very close to the main streets and Sunday night market. The staff are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are good - well equipped with a fridge, lamps and decent aircon. The bathroom was okay - the shower pressure wasn’t amazing but I’ve definitely had worse, however it was hard to get a good temperature as the tap was really sensitive so I found it either too hot or too cold. It is slightly noisy, but ear plugs solve that easily. Worth noting there is no lift which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for elderly / less abled people. Overall well worth it for the price and would stay again if I visited old town Phuket.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay.
