I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent stay at your resort. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my reservations were handled, as well as the service I received at the lounge. Upon arrival, my family and I made a reservation for the Thursday cooking class, which was missed by your staff. We were informed that there was no availability for the class, and the next available class was on Saturday, which was the day we were scheduled to leave the resort. As a result, we were unable to attend the cooking class at all, despite having made a reservation in advance. This was extremely disappointing, as we had been looking forward to this experience and had made plans accordingly. On Friday afternoon, we made a reservation for dinner at the Merchant Kitchen, which was also missed by your staff at the dining reservation counter. Furthermore, after dinner, we went to the lounge for some drinks and music. We placed our order, but after waiting for almost 30 minutes, we checked with the staff and were told that the bar did not have our order. This was unacceptable, and it made us feel like our patronage was not valued. I believe that the mishandling of our reservations, as well as the poor service we received at the lounge, are unacceptable. I am saddened that our experience did not meet the high standards of customer service that I have come to expect from your brand. In light of this situation, I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.

I recently stayed at this resort in Phuket and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for those who arrive at night as it's only a 15-minute drive from the airport. The next day, when I woke up and went to see the sunrise, I was truly amazed by the beautiful view of the private beach. It was a breathtaking sight to behold. The food at the restaurant was equally impressive. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend trying the local dishes, as they were especially delicious. What really stood out to me, however, was the level of service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt like a valued guest. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket. The location, view, food, and service are all top-notch. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.
