房間乾淨衞生，設施比較齊全，有空氣凈化器，賓館位置比較好，處在居民新區，比較安靜，車輛少，往東邊走，各種各樣的歺飲店比較多，吃飯方便。

廳堂寬敞明亮，客房乾淨衞生。電梯上上下下也很方便。前台服務人員也很熱情。不足之處有兩點。1 . 門前的社會車位，一旦滿員就停不進去。另外的地下車庫內，幾乎都是私家車位，沒有幾個空位。裡邊黑了咕咚，也沒有信號，很難找到臨停的車位。店家能否劃個區域，弄幾個自己的固定車位？
2 . 蚊子太多，還沒到雨季很難理解。你剛剛躺下，蚊子就來了，用了40分鐘，打了6個，很是沒有打乾淨，索性不不打了。早上起來發現還有3個。望店家想想辦法。
