The location was just right, 10min walking distance from airport. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner. Room just as described, spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth with friendly host. Breakfast was phenomenal. The walk to city center is 30min away. Definitely worth the price of stay

Lovely little hotel with very friendly people who could not have done more to welcome us. They knew it was my mum’s special birthday and brought a bottle of fizz on arrival. Rooms are very modern and immaculate. Breakfast was served to us in their private garden. We will stay there next time we e visit Pisa!

The hosts for this hotel are fantastic, our thanks to them for having us. The location is best for those that don't mind a bit of a walk if you are staying in Pisa. We booked this for 1 night, as it is in a good position between the train station and the airport. It is a 30 minute walk into the centre of Pisa, if that is what you need, but it is a nice walk if you are able. Breakfast was lovely, and left in our room in time for our early flight, which was much appreciated.

15 minutes walk from the Airport (YES, 15 minutes). 15 minutes walk from the train station and City centre.. Down a quiet, secluded back street… Brilliant set up and brilliant staff!! Pre order breakfast in the room 👏 Well finished and modern rooms will all the facilities!! And VERY, VERY clean!!!! Great base from which to discover Tuscany… Cinque Terre, Florence and The coast (Tirrenia by bus, thanks for the tip) Highly recommended and half the price and hassle of Florence Hotels!!!!

Excellent little hotel with just 5 rooms but superbly decorated. Location is great, less than 10 minute walk from the airport and just a bit more to the train station. Very nice breakfast brought to your room, all in all, well worth it. Would go again.

Nice Small boutique hotel within walking distance (10mins) from Airport and (10mins) from Train station, also walking distance from Leaning Tower. The hotel room was clean and very nice shower, The breakfast was served to room which was nice. I would use it again if I was staying in Pisa.

Simple level walk from airport and same to train station. Bit further to city and tower. Waiting to check us in. Clean and big room. Really recommend. Pisa despite its tourist honeypot is a proper Italian city with good cafes (and great ice cream) and food along the river. Even by Tower, food prices were not stupid. One night cost £88. Watch out for pick pockets at Pisa train station. :(
