A great hotel, in Kapana, right in the centre of Plovdiv. The location is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good, well equipped with cooking facilities, fridge, TV, AC and wi-fi, and a comfortable bed. The hotel has it's own restaurant, but there are also many very good restaurants nearby. A perfect place to stay in beautiful Plovdiv. Would happily return.

Great spacious apartment with bedroom, bathroom and sitting room, and in good condition, very hepful staff, fantastic location in the heart of the cool district of the city with loads of nice restaurants and bars.

We stayed here two nights recently and everything was perfect. The rooms were very spacious, the size of a small apartment. Well stocked kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was steps away from dozens of different restaurants, they even have one on location. We were also an easy walk from everything we wanted to see in town, with the train station an easy 25 minute walk. Best of all, the folks at the front desk were absolutely wonderful! The offered excellent advice on what to see in town, were super-friendly, and even arranged a cot for our toddler to sleep in, despite ********** indicating none was available (we did email and ask ahead of time; was set up waiting for us in our room). We will certainly look to stay here again the next time we are in town.

The receptionist and maybe also the owner wasn't kind at all. She even didn't talk with us. The parking lot HAS to be paid which was not mentioned...the next day we had to change the parking lot because there was no free place despite that we DID pay......and we had to give extra money for another parking place somewhere near. The cleaning staff was friendlier than the receptionist. Don't reccomend.

I had a wonderful stay at Old Plovdiv House. The position in the "creative quarters" next to the old town was perfect. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed except, maybe, a bigger tea cup. The bathroom was very clean. The shower, however, had no space of its own, so when showering the entire bathroom was used as one shower room. This was well compensated for by the access to a good sauna (not a full spa, though). I also enjoyed an excellent massage next door to the hotel. The information on ********** that breakfast would be available was wrong, but there were enough places in the surroundings where you could by something to go with the free coffee available at the reception.
