Our experience was excellent, we arrived at 1am and the on-duty clerk was the nicest and most accommodating hotel clerk I've encountered, he went above and beyond for us, the room was clean and quiet, comfy beds, definitely stay there again

They stay open for the last ferry from Prince Rupert, which docks at 11:30pm, we are only there overnight, up and on our way early. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which ew appreciated after a 17 hour ferry ride.

Very friendly and prompt reception. Free continental breakfast in the restaurant was sufficient, clean and well tended by the young man in charge. Room, with microwave and fridge was clean and quiet, the linens and bathroom were clean and the shower/bathtub was in good working order. No complaints.

Bernie was great at check in. Very friendly. This is a good place to stay if you are catching the ferry to Prince Rupert. It’s not expensive and completely adequate for the short stay.

Great value for money! The important things were five star - comfy beds, bath in the bathroom, a good shower and plenty of hot water. The downside was that noise insulation was not good.

Nice view, nice balcony to sit on in the afternoon. NOT truly ADA compliant.
This property is comprised of 2 separate buildings. They are connected by an interior staircase only. Floor 1-4 are serviced by one elevator and floors 5-8 by another. There is no wheelchair accessibility between floor 4 and 5. The lobby is on floor 5. If you get a room in the rear building you have to return to your car from the lobby and drive to the lower lot to access floors 1-4. If you need to go to the lobby from floors 1-4 you must FIND the interior staircase. It is not marked. The exterior of the elevators are clearly posted with 8 floors but each set, (one for each building,) only go to 4 floors. We travel, at timeswith a friend who needs to use an elevator due to polio. He would be unable to navigate this property. The staff is not apologetic. It's a horrible position to put them in.

Manager was very helpful, let us help ourselves to breakfast food the night before we checked out as we were leaving early to catch the ferry and wouldn't be able to have the breakfast. Also was very helpful with other hints

This hotel is an old property which can’t be helped. What can be helped is that the staff is friendly and informative and the place is clean. We stay here every time we come through late on the ferry and it has vastly improved. Great breakfast which is included Great calue
