New hotel in Port Moresby. Full of png style，just the traditional photo hangs on the entrance wall of my room makes me feel uncomfortable. Food in the top floor restaurant is quite expensive. It tastes so so.

Best Hotel in the heart of Port Moresby with the beat service. The hotel is more of a place to be selective when it comes down to your priorities. By looking down at ElaBeach seaside gives you a sense of calmness and refreshment. The location where this hotel sits is very rare in landscape. It promotes the natural beauty of the position of the hotel in which guest enjoy on their stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Papua Hotel, Port Moresby. My stay was during the civil unnrest in Port Moresby that eventually resulted in a State of Emergency being delacred by the PNG Government. During this preiod I felt safe and secure where the complete Hotel Team were alert and showed specific concern for my safety & protection. The Grand Papua Hotel General Manager Vic Namasivayam issued two letters to all guest outlying the Hotels safety procedure for our protection which gave evidence of Managements personalised concern for its Guests Whilst the civil unrest was a concern I felt very safe which is only due to the efforts of the Grand Papua Management & Team. From the time of checkin to checkout the Team were most friendly and eager to make my stay comfortable and peasant to which they were successful. I commend the Grand Papua as a central, convenient, safe and well presented venue to stay in Port Moresby PNG.

On a bright day, the view of the sea may give flight to the imagination. It was the best view of the Christmas season, with the beachfront lit up by Christmas lights. At night it was something to remember from atop the 11th floor. Enjoyed my stay.
