Estuvimos recientemente. Las habitaciones se higienizan diariamente pero hay olor a humedad. El desayuno es bueno y la ubicación del hotel es excelente. El área de piscina podría arregl**** con plantas alrededor. Para quienes se alojan sobre esa zona puede ser cansadora la música. No hablan español. Las personas del comedor trabajan incesantemente. En general son amables. Sería bueno disponer de un dispenser con agua caliente para no molestar por el llenado de termos. Los balcones no disponen de una mesita y un par de sillas para sent****.La atención es correcta en general.

Excelente acomodação, única sugestão construtiva era wi-fi em todos quartos.. Sr. Antônio do restaurante um exemplo de profissional!!!! Várias opções para o lazer das crianças, como mesas de sinuca e ping pong. Piscina excelente..... .

Limpeza ruim dos quartos falta de manutenção dos controles atraso na limpeza dos quartos café da manhã fraco e demora na reposição dos alimentos o hotel não tem nem um cheirinho gostoso de limpeza😞 os jardins estão mal cuidados funcionários precisam ter melhores informações

Hotel não correspondeu às expectativas nem às imagens no site. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, os travesseiros fediam muito a suor, mesmo às roupas de cama trocadas diariamente. Além de ser velhas e mal cheirosas. Móveis do quarto muito velhos e fiação totalmente aparente com dois buracos na parede, abaixo da tv. Tv só pegava 2 canais. A internet parece ser um problema antigo, já que a administração não se preocupa em resolver. O sinal dos dados móveis não funcionam nos quartos, e com isso, os hóspedes se acumulam na recepção para tentar fazer o uso do wi-fi. Fomos a recepção questionar sobre o wi-fi, mas os funcionários não foram solícitos. Durante a nossa hospedagem, picos de energia foram constantes em vários dias. Café da manhã sempre cheio, mas simples e variado, porém, sendo nescessário aguardar mesa, para se sentar. Estacionamento sempre lotado, sendo nescessário estacionar no jardim, por indicação dos funcionários. Resumindo: não indico a hospedagem, já que o preço não condiz com a qualidade entregue.

O melhor é localização, em frente barraca de praia AREA excelente e a praia taperapua nao fica devendo a nenhuma delas, o hotel tem manutençao abandonada, roupas de cama em pessimo estado, cheiro de mofo a todo momento, wc encardidos, so uma reforma pra salva lo.

A estrutura externa é bem bacana, mas os quartos deixam a desejar, roupas de camas encardidas, travesseiros ruis e com cheiro horrível. A limpeza não é muito boa e o vaso sanitário não funciona direito. O café da manhã tem poucas variedades de frutas, mas o básico era bem gostoso. Pedimos no restaurante do hotel uma massa e a parmegiana para jantar e gostamos muito, me surpreendeu.
