Vale Verde Praia Hotel

Excellent location, close to restaurants, pharmacies, markets, conveniences and the main beach huts in the region. Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast. I would stay again on my next trip to Porto Seguro.

My experience was very positive regarding Vale Verde Praia Hotel. I stayed from 06/08/2023 to 06/11/2023 and it was a super gem. Everything in the room (214) was ok (air conditioning, shower, bed). Cleaning done daily. Very simple breakfast, but it served me very well. Everyone's friendliness is a point to be highlighted. The location is another very good point (01 block from Ax Moi) where there is everything (supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, skewer, etc.) Anyway, returning to Porto Seguro, I will stay again at the Vale Verde Praia Hotel.

The only good thing about this “hotel” is the politeness of the staff because everything else is bad. The room was dirty, a lot of sand in the rooms, unpleasant smell, they didn't clean the room even one day while we were here. Towels never changed, super old minibar and broken TV. Unfortunately we came at the last minute and I wasn't able to actually check out the room. The bed is terrible! Impossible to sleep, extremely hard and the double bed is two singles that form a hole in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably! It's close to stalls like Spoon de Wood, Malibu, Axé. But it's not worth it, I wouldn't stay there again.

My room is next to the kitchen, I wanted to wake up at 8 because my throat hurt, but I woke up at 6 hearing a conversation coming from the kitchen, the staff preparing coffee, okay, I understand it's because of the coffee, but the conversation is enough avoid. I opened the window and asked the staff to keep quiet, but it didn't help, as I couldn't sleep any longer, I waited until the breakfast started at 7am. But the hotel receptionists are very good, polite and helpful.

Simple hotel, but clean and well located. Nice cafe, and clean rooms with good shower. I would especially like to praise the two Argentinians there, one of them was Sergio and the other I don't remember his name but they were both SUPER polite, helpful and helpful. I thank you both very much.

Great hotel, well worth the price charged. It's been a while since I stayed in a hotel that was so good value for money. Impeccable cleanliness, all the staff were very friendly (except the rude receptionist in the afternoon, according to a complaint made to the manager). Great breakfast, very varied and with natural regional fruit juices. An improvement that urgently needs is the internet. The connection drops very frequently and I had to use 4G to work. In short, I would stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked me for tips on Porto Seguro.

Experimentei diversos problemas no hotel, desde falta de estrutura até mau atendimento, com exceção do funcionário Jorge. Apesar de ter informado previamente ao estabelecimento sobre meu medo de gatos, a administração não tomou medidas para solucionar meu desconforto, além de desrespeitar as normas sanitárias da Anvisa (RDC 216 - 2004) sobre a presença de animais em locais com manipulação de alimentos, representando risco de zoonose e de contaminação. O estabelecimento simplesmente ignorou os meus apelos, incluindo o gerente (cabelo grisalho e olhos azuis) . Fora isso, um funcionário do restaurante sublocado no hotel foi extremamente rude, debochando do meu medo. Além disso, os quartos 203 e 209 apresentaram problemas nos condicionadores de ar, gotejamento e barulho forte, respectivamente. Os aparelhos além de estarem sujos, estão sem manutenção desde 2021, conforme etiqueta. Os quartos têm cheiro de mofo, o local é propício a mosquitos, a piscina está frequentemente imunda, e o café-da-manhã é repetitivo.

Hotel simples, mas atende muito bem, com excelente localização, muito bom café da manhã, internet e atendimento. Podem melhorar o armário do quarto, mas vale a pena pelo custo benfício.
