Fantastic place! Perfect to relax. Excellent food (even if is a little bit expensive). Amazing breakfast. Breads and cakes prepared by themselves. Very fresh and delicious. Staff very kind and available for help and assistance. For sure I want to stay there again! I absolutely recommend it.

This place can only get 5-star reviews. The food, the rooms, the beach, the locations are all amazing. However, this place would not be what is it if it wasn’t for the staff. They are ALL incredible. Special thanks to the staff at the beach bar, top notch service!

A place that you want to hide as a secret. Magic simplicity and incredibly good taste. Brazilian “wabi-sabi”. A place with soul. The kind of art that I value. People, silence and rest. This place is magic! The hotel is an amazing place to spend a few days or stay indefinitely! The food in their restaurant is second to none and people working there are amazing. As a starter or an appetiser, I would recommend the aubergine, as it is definitely a winner, followed by the sea food pasta or their rice with octopus as the main course. They are something out of this world. As a dessert, follow their advice and you won’t regret. I loved every single bite of everything I had. The hotel is located in this amazing beach called Praia do Espelho ( Mirror Beach), in Porto Seguro, just one hour and twenty minutes from Arraial D’Ajuda, in Bahia. The view from the hotel is just amazing and not possible to describe in words. You need to be there to understand how it feels. It is pure energy and if you are lucky enough to get a place in Calá & Divino for a few days, you will have great memories for a lifetime.

One of the most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful beach in the world. Everything was so romantic, beautiful and perfect. The rooms amazing, view breathtaking, excellent breakfast, food in the beach bar amazing. The staff so lovely and helpful, a bliss. A real dream place.

If you are looking for a luxury experience and an authentic taste of Bahia you must book a holiday at this hotel. There only 8 impeccable rooms, and they all have a marvelous view of the ocean and the beach. The rooms are well spread apart in a beautiful setting, with huge windows and very comfy terraces. The main restaurant area is lovely and service is perfect, with nice background brazilian music playing softly. The beach bar and restaurant have the best drinks I've had in Trancoso and the food is awesome, and the service extends to your own exclusive beach tent complete with chairs and a lovely thatched roof, not to mention the excellent massage service in a splendid location. There is no more exclusive and beautiful hotel in Trancoso, this is the real deal

This place is a hidden gem, unique in terms of quality of structure, service, gastronomy, style and landscape. It used to be the home of a very well-known ceramic artist, who embedded it with rustic chic style and a very good taste, all highlighted and enhanced by the hotel management. The hotel structure takes advantage of the superb natural beauty and privileged view of Espelho beach from the top of a cliff. The common living room area has several beautiful settings and is extremely cozy; its open space offers superbe views. A fireplace lighted up every day heats up the afternoon tea, served with mini cakes. The gastronomy is to die for; three different teams are in charge of preparing, each, breakfast, lunch and dinner (with distinct menus). The kiosk by the beach - which is actually a full-size restaurant with garden tables and a lounge area - is also beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. Staff is always pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Exclusivity and privacy are additional highlights, as the hotel offers only eight bungalows with private balconies spread across the property. Ours, on the top of the cliff, had an amazing view to the beach and palm trees, fully enjoyed from a hammock in the balcony. The room is spacious while cozy, romantic and decorated with very good taste. I spent two nights there and wish I had stayed longer. For the first time I want to go back to a destination motivated by the wish to return to a specific hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The hotel has amazing views, very friendly and professional staff and delicious food. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. The beach at Praia do Espelho lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful in Brazil

We loved this beautiful peace haven in Praia do Espelho. The hotel is placed inside a private farm and it’s a boutique hotel with a few bungalows/rooms and personalized service. It has a breathtaking view because it’s placed in the cliffs and has a private access to the beach. Praia do Espelho is one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil it’s very quiet and not a party destination. This place is a destination for rest, contemplation, amazing view to do yoga and for slow travelers. They have a beach club service for the guests and luckily no day users. They have 2 restaurants: one by the beach for lunch and another one for dinner. Food is amazing, very tasty with local dishes very well cooked. Cocktails were very good as well. Breakfast also amazing. Both chefs are very good. A lot of fresh fruits in the menus and cocktails. Rooms are beautifully decorated in a rustic chic style, simple but comfortable with a good choice of pillows, good linen, amenities from l’Occitane. The only suggestion concerning the bedroom items is to improve the hair dryer, a bigger one would be perfect. Staff is very kind and friendly. We’d like to thank our concierge Lucas who took very good care of us, he contacted us before, during and after our stay. He’s is amazing and very helpful for organizing your day trips in the area. I had a great massage with a beautiful view at the hotel. I advise you to bring some cash because some services like massage and transfers for example, are paid in cash. We've stayed only 3 days and it was very short to slowly see everything around, I'd recommend a week. Thank you, Josana and David
