Do not waste your money here.
This is no longer a 4 star hotel. Not even 2.
Employees are nice and helpful, but the rest…..
Hotel not well maintained: window in bedroom did not close, lacked one lock and the other was loose.
Bed was extremely noisy and mattress was lumpy.
Parts of the shower head popped out as soon as I turned on the water. Very low pressure. And drainage almost non existent. Still bathroom floor was flooded in no time.
Corridors and elevators have a rancid smell.
Water on Rooftop pool and hot tub was cloudy.

I didnt like the room and bathroom because they were smaller than expected, and the bathroom didnt have any type of door to enter nor a door/curtain in the shower.

Overall not a bad experience. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. Beds need to be updated.
